6sense is the only intent tool that I have engaged with that goes beyond just telling you when folks are surging on keywords. The AI looks at your wins and helps to bubble up accounts that are a strong or moderate fit based on this. It learns from your data and helps sellers focus on the areas they are most likely to win.

Clari is perfect for a sales team collaborating to forecast and estimate the opportunities and overall business status, it's working in a hierarchy scheme that reflects each team member's forecast into their team leader's big forecast number in an automated and easy process. It also can define a periodic date to update the forecast among the team so the forecasting to top management is automated as well.

  • 6sense does a fantastic job identifying keywords that potential customers are searching for.
  • 6sense is beneficial in the sense that it shows the various buying stages their potential customers are in.
  • 6sense makes it easy to upload potential client lists that make it easier for me and my team to identify key accounts.
  • 6sense makes it easy to download reports that can be shared with partners.

  • Provides transparency for leadership to see what is happening with the deals in real time.
  • Able to see the whole story within the sales cycle for upper management down to rep level, as well as those not within sales, to get an understanding of the state of the business.

  • Sometimes the data doesn't align across the platform. I've seen inconsistencies across the data being pushed into SFDC fields, the Sales Insight SFDC application, Google Analytics, and the 6sense platform itself.
  • The worst part of the platform is that 6sense views the same account in different countries as different accounts. We market to global enterprises and no one is going to set up their Salesforce instance with a separate account for every country. It is very limiting when it comes to getting a holistic view of account activity.
  • The company is relatively immature when it comes to business processes and support. I've had tickets outstanding for months and often don't get satisfactory answers about data inconsistencies.

  • I still find myself having to update apps in Salesforce as well as Clari when it's supposed to eliminate the need for duplicative forecasting tools.
  • Reps don't have access to company-wide or even team reporting. Would be really helpful to see how other reps are doing and what deals they have

      6sense is good but I would like to try Demandbase or others just to see what is out there. Sometimes the contacts or accounts given aren't even in our patch. This doesn't happen much so its no big deal at the end of the day but still any time wasted searching through salesforce or with zoom info is time we could have spent doing activities to actually generate revenue

      The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

      it is a very easy tool to use. It easily integrates with SFDC and is easy to learn how to use. Clari is a recommendation with any organization concerned with learning new tools because it is so simple to master. I would say it has a strong usability score for all level of users

      Their Customer Success model is delivered as advertised. We're very satisfied with the availability of support. They care as much about our success as we do. We also had an issue where we believed there was an issue in a piece of functionality. They continued to dig until they found the problem and immediately put the fix into a patch.

      Clari is very willing to jump in and build out use cases. They will work to do anything for you. That said, their follow up is not great. We have had to reach out for follow up several times on a project, which is still not complete. I wish they taught us how to complete what we want, rather than doing it in house for us

      The predictive analytics and account stages is great. Wish they had Facebook targeting like Metadata.io does where you can upload a list of business contacts and it matches it to their personal email and you can target on Facebook. Other than that, 6sense is great for prioritizing outreach and making sure you're going after accounts that are in-market.

      Even if I don’t have some experience with Datahug, this platform doesn’t have an excellent end-user experience as Clari. Also, Clari has simple integration with Sales Apps, mobile application and notifications work very well, and is faster than Datahug. Reports are more straightforward, and you have with Clari an easy way for customization.

      • Has made it easier to keep track of ops. Our company has many open ops that sit and get drawn out. This makes it easy to forget about things and not update. Clari has helped us keep things on track and follow up on more closings that would have been left out.
      • With a small sales team, the cost isn't much of an issue as the deals won from the tool means the ROI is there quickly. With large teams though, I could see that being an issue when compared to just Salesforce licenses
