1 - There is not much of a support that needs to be given to 6th sense. all the data that is gotten from 6th sense is screened and then verified again for correct emails and phone numbers, this data is then approached/ Contacted and the relevant data is entered in to our CRM.

The only reason we got 6th sense is because of buyer intent. there are millions of companies and milliions of people working in them, as a B2B sales company we need data of people who have some intentions of buying our services, if we are able to get the right target audience then we save a lot of time and money.
The selection process wont change much, we are mostly interested in intent buyers, the peo ple who search for our services are the right people to target. So buyer intent is the most critical thing that we look at.

The support provided is fantastic and there is no need to buy premium support. I am not even aware if there is any thing such as premium support.
They are quick to resolve the problems, and as such there is hardly any problem iwth the services so no extra support needed.

We actually never needed any support at such which was critical. Most of the product user experience is fairly simple and easy to understand. The filters are exactly the way any person looking for such tool needs.
