Accelo is a system that can do it all. It's extremely sophisticated. Depending on the sophistication of your organization, or specifically the abilities of the people you put in charge of the implementation, it can almost be too sophisticated. It all just depends on your situation. The more you use it, the more data you give it, the more you'll be able to see and do. It's incredibly powerful. But it's definitely not a tool that would be appropriate for smaller boutique type organizations that have only basic needs.

If you and your team have many repeatable tasks where you know what to expect, and you have the capacity to create a template "blueprint" for these repeatable tasks then Wrike is for you. If you don't have the time allocated to make sure you properly setup your workflows then Wrike isn't for you. If you have one off tasks that crop up and you can quickly get them done and need a way to track them well then Wrike is for you. You can make this product as in-depth or surface level as you want. However if you don't want to spend the time to learn how to setup this software, you will be scratching your head wondering if you can justify the cost of it. It does require company wide buy in to the idea of doing the initial work to make it function for you. There are templates that they give you to use initially, but you have to tweak them to make it more perfectly fit your given scenario. You do have to do the work.

  • Wrike organizes our projects really well. We organize by department and then put projects in those respective spaces.
  • Wrike creates a great workflow. Being able to put tasks in with their due dates and then detailed information within each task is great.
  • Wrike also has great customization. We have customized our Wrike space to fit our needs.

  • Wrike Discover could use some updating and the sign-on process is cumbersome
  • Significantly more powerful duplication functionality to allow ease of replicating work structures and various work items, custom item types, blueprints and forms etc *across spaces*
  • Dashboard visibility for the Collaborator License!
  • Ability to grant/revoke permissions for collaborators to edit custom field data

Wrike is a valued system which allows us to reduce the amount of manual work being done across the business. It has transformed the way we set and manage tasks and is now making us super efficient and productivity has increased. We have a contract in place but I can definitely see us renewing when that is up

Wrike is easy to use. The interface is nice and modern as well, which I love. But yet again, on the limits we face to expand/improve workflow is a bit limiting. Which is why we would like to look for a platform with key integrations from other interfaces to ease workflow quite significantly.

Over two years of (almost) daily usage without outages. Don't remember any errors. I give it 9 only because some Wrike plugins (for online document edit) are based on NPAPI architecture. These types of plugins are being phased out in new browsers, and NPAPI plugins are disabled by default in recent versions of Chrome so you have to do some browser adjustments when you switch browsers or move to another computer.

From the beginning the Accelo team has been very invested in ensuring our success and overall happiness with the platform. The initial implementation specialists and trainers did a fairly good job of learning our company and needs, and tried to tailor the trainings accordingly. However, once we made the formal switch to the platform, meaning we no longer were using our legacy systems, we found that we had a lot of questions....and a lot of ideas and recommendations. The support team is extremely responsive and seemingly happy to receive our continual feedback. And if we encounter an issue that seems to be a system issue, they work diligently to fix it (we've actually had an engineer join a call with us to learn of the issue - and subsequently fix it)

Support is very quickly and they want to solve problems actively. When I need additional info I can use community forum, when I've an issue I can use support form to get help. The support is of excellent quality from the first level, to grow when you talk to the engineers it becomes even more important

I love the Wrike training options. Wrike Discover has tons of courses, learning plans, certifications, etc. This is an area where Wrike definitely shines! I wish these resources were more in your face for new people, because it seems like a lot of coworkers didn't know all of this training was available to them.

There are a lot of bells and whistles in Wrike, and not all of it is easy or intuitive to understand once it's plopped in your lap. It's easier when there are a few choice people who understand Wrike as a platform and articulate it in such a way where it makes it easy to pass it along to others in the group

Accelo doesn't really exceed any competitors in any one area of their product, but in 2015 when we made the move this was the best option that included all the tools we wanted. However, user adoption was low in some areas due to the UI, so we scaled back Accelo and added other tools.

Wrike delivers on scalability and being able to use the platform across multiple departments and locations. With remote work becoming more popularized over the past few years, Wrike has made the transition easier. It has allowed our remote teams to complete projects almost as if they were together in person.
