If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the …
We found the contact data from Apollo.io was more reliable than Instantly.ai. We used Instantly.ai for about 6 months before stopping our use of it. Growbots doesn't give you as much volume for the same price at Apollo.io. However, we did close sales with Growbots, and we did …
Compared to ZoomInfo, Apollo.io offers comparable data coverage at a fraction of the cost with a more intuitive interface. Against Common Room, Apollo.io is more outbound-execution focused while Common Room excels at signal aggregation. Warmly serves a different real-time …
We liked Apollo.io's interface and easy to understand pricing structure more than the rest. We also felt that Apollo.io's value was higher as it included a lot of other features that we currently aren't taking advantage of for the same if not lower price than its competitors. I …
Apollo.io's ability to push contacts directly through our CRM makes outreach a breeze. The pricing has been our biggest decision factor, I've found it to be the cheapest with the same if not more features. I've used their competitors in the past and I always opt to use …
Apollo has everything with in it and does not require any extra integration and extra tools to be purchased to manage emails, pipelines and does not need to depend on excell sheets for managing everything. It increase productivity and also help me getting right party contact …
We've evaluated ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, and HubSpot Sales Hub as Apollo.io alternatives. Apollo.io won out with its unified interface for lead gen, AI messaging, and analytics—reducing tool switches, costs by 30%, and ramping up outreach speed. No other matched its …
Apollo.io is usually better than saleshandy and Lusha because it does many sales tasks in one platform. Lusha is mainly used to find contact details like emails and phone numbers, and saleshandy is mostly used for sending cold email campaigns. Apollo.io, however, combines both …
Apollo is much better than lemlist because it gives you more comprehensive offerings in terms of CRM, automated messages, and the UI is much easier and better.
There is a bit of learning curve required for SugarCRM and Microsoft Dynamics. Also, admin activities are not easy to navigate and understood, wherein it is very simplified, easy to learn in the case of Freshsales.
Freshworks CRM provides more user tools, whereas Zoho CRM is more of a database. Freshworks CRM is more interactive with reporting, task reminders, deal stage flow charts and more to keep clients better organized and moving through the sales process. Zoho CRM did not meet all …
It's Was Quite easy to implement accross the organization which was not the Case with Microsoft dynamics. It is used Much efficiently with the Mobile and Transparency among the different departments was Clear.
Freshworks CRM looks fresh (No pun intended) and feels 3 dimensional. Zoho CRM is good too, but I'd recommend Freshworks for its pricing and how customizable it is. You get immediate assistance from the Freshworks team and is just a click away. You also get faster response on …
We are a smaller company and simply were not seeing the value in what we were paying Salesforce. We needed a robust opportunity and lead management system that was affordable and [Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)] has provided us with that. We are now able to track leads, …
I haven't used Hubspot or Salesforce myself, but I compared the pricing and as you scale up both of those other services are overpriced compared to Freshsales. Once you get started with a CRM it's very difficult to switch, so I recommend starting with Freshsales so you can …
Zoho CRM: very very slow and cumbersome to use Salesforce: It is a giant with a lot of features, but very complicated for an SMB HubSpot: Lacks lots of advanced features that Freshsales has
Freshsales stacks up almost at the same pricing and feature set but does fall short in 3rd party API integration as compared to several of the above listed software, but is still the only one available free of cost entirely if a small firm or a startup requires itself not to …
Freshsales was better than all the above for us but tied with Zoho. Zoho won because of its countless add-on apps, not because of price. However, price-wise, it was better than all the rest for what you get with Freshsales. For us, the main benefit of Freshsales was …
Definitely, with Salesforce, you can obtain a lot more integrations, reports, customizations, but Freshsales can assure the control of your sales targets perfectly for one-third of the SalesForce price.
Freshsales is more cost-effective and easier to navigate than salesforce. It also doesn’t punish you for growing from a startup to SME (salesforce prices quadruple when you go into the next bracket of users). On top of this, the support from Freshsales is brilliant, and you can …
I think there isn't really a comparison. Freshsales was the clear winner when it came to choosing our CRM. From a cost to benefit ratio, it just wasn't an option to go with anything else. It is the most used application within our company. We do a Freshsales clean up every …
Freshsales had more features, especially the ability to do email campaigns, which was a key feature for me. That was a deal-breaker. Pipedrive had a nice UI and was easy to use, but it was mostly focused on pipeline management, so overall it lacked many of the features found in …
Ideally, you can organize your list of potential clients based on various criteria, such as business unit, economic sector, location (by country or city), company size, etc. I have tested this with companies in my country and confirmed that the results are genuine, provided the contacts are verified. Generally speaking for small to mid sized team I really cannot recommend it enough. It has an excellent feature set, good amount of integrations, fairly customisable and backed by solid support. And the pricing is very competitive too. I feel like if your team is larger than that, you might want to look at other alternatives but for teams that size, its really perfect.
Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding
There is a learning curve with Apollo.io, but it's not overwhelming. There's simply a lot of functionality, so it takes a bit to learn the navigation and feature set. I wouldn't let that scare you, though, as there's an AI chat to help you find what you're looking for.
I would give Freshworks CRM's overall usability a 7 out of 10. Although the software has improved since we first obtained it, it still could use improvements to make functionality more intuitive and easier for the average user. It is not that challenging but there is definitely a learning curve
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
When you initially log in to Freshworks, you get snippets to guide you on how to set up. You have a chat option on every page so you can reach out to the support agent and get your issues resolved in real time. The agents are fast, responsive, and experienced in handling even a person who introduced CRM to the world...
If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the Apollo.io extension works a lot better than ZoomInfo because ZoomInfo always gives you a lot of errors, and sometimes it doesn't work or load. For the most part, Apollo.io does, and I never have an issue with the extension as well.
We are a smaller company and simply were not seeing the value in what we were paying Salesforce. We needed a robust opportunity and lead management system that was affordable and [Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)] has provided us with that. We are now able to track leads, opportunities and funnels easily and quickly report on these to senior staff who rely on this information for their board meetings.
Apollo.io has helped me find a good set of new target audience for the business that I am in, essentially helping me build a prospective line and grow my lead database by 25 to 30% where I lack a certain skill
The Apollo.io quality of the data that it has is significantly better through other competitors like Lusha and others
In terms of the revenue increase, there have been certain instances where I have found a new acquirer that essentially I would not have found in a general scenario and that has help me generate from the new identified lead
