If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the …
We found the contact data from Apollo.io was more reliable than Instantly.ai. We used Instantly.ai for about 6 months before stopping our use of it. Growbots doesn't give you as much volume for the same price at Apollo.io. However, we did close sales with Growbots, and we did …
Compared to ZoomInfo, Apollo.io offers comparable data coverage at a fraction of the cost with a more intuitive interface. Against Common Room, Apollo.io is more outbound-execution focused while Common Room excels at signal aggregation. Warmly serves a different real-time …
We liked Apollo.io's interface and easy to understand pricing structure more than the rest. We also felt that Apollo.io's value was higher as it included a lot of other features that we currently aren't taking advantage of for the same if not lower price than its competitors. I …
Apollo.io's ability to push contacts directly through our CRM makes outreach a breeze. The pricing has been our biggest decision factor, I've found it to be the cheapest with the same if not more features. I've used their competitors in the past and I always opt to use …
Apollo has everything with in it and does not require any extra integration and extra tools to be purchased to manage emails, pipelines and does not need to depend on excell sheets for managing everything. It increase productivity and also help me getting right party contact …
We've evaluated ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, and HubSpot Sales Hub as Apollo.io alternatives. Apollo.io won out with its unified interface for lead gen, AI messaging, and analytics—reducing tool switches, costs by 30%, and ramping up outreach speed. No other matched its …
Apollo.io is usually better than saleshandy and Lusha because it does many sales tasks in one platform. Lusha is mainly used to find contact details like emails and phone numbers, and saleshandy is mostly used for sending cold email campaigns. Apollo.io, however, combines both …
Apollo is much better than lemlist because it gives you more comprehensive offerings in terms of CRM, automated messages, and the UI is much easier and better.
They work together, rather than against each other. The sales nonchat version allows us to dig deep on prospects for data, news, contacts, etc. While the chat allows us to get these and far more leads efficiently to push up the "data route". Having just one doesn't bring out …
Before using ZoomInfo we tried Facebook chat on the website but that function and features are very limited and there is no scope of work. But now after using the ZoomInfo Chat feature everything is going very easy and fast. Some features like the live meeting scheduler, …
Better integration of other platforms with ZoomInfo is one of its shining features which makes it better than most of its competitors. Direct connections to Slack accounts make it the most easy-to-use and versatile platform to work on for different processes, especially Sales, …
ZoomInfo chat is not only a chatting platform, it also provides additional features like a meeting scheduler also it's accuracy is better than other chatbots, and response time is very less. But other tools have less accuracy and they are good at one point but not good at all. …
It is just a different product or software since Zoom is the standard software where the company communicates both inside and outside the company. It is just a great tool to take things into another level when it comes to the communication of companies. It is really helpful to …

I really like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and we use this product very heavily as well. LISN provides a ton of information, easy to use, comprehensive and provides good sales prospecting aspects.
It’s a lot slower as well and most of the time it doesn’t work when importing into salesforce and the data is not always accurate or reliable. I would definitely recommend using the zoom info chrome extension. Definitely worth the money. 👍
It was a good add-on to our current use case with ZoomInfo. It has the necessary features we needed without the extra bells and whistles that qualified provides at a much larger expense.
As I mentioned, it's more than just a chatbot. The chatbot is just another feature that it offers, but it allows you to talk to the website traffic which otherwise would have gone without interacting with your website. Sometimes even retargeting ads fail to target such valuable …
We looked at a few alternatives (including Slintel) but felt the product, capabilities, integrations and pricing of Zoominfo chat worked better for us. We also felt we would get better after-sales support from Zoominfo Chat.
During the pandemic, most of our sales team members need to WFH and there was no supporting tool that can help them to improve their order intake. We adapted this software that is within the pricing - range and it had everything we need to help the sales team improve their …
DiscoverOrg was used when I first entered the company. It was not that great. Bad interface and the integration was poorly run. It was very slow and the numbers were not as accurate as they should have been. I like the addition of scoops on zoominfo. This was not used when we …
zoominfo is easier to use and also has more contact information. With Seamless.ai you run out of credits and then youre no longer able to use the product as often as you would with zoom info
WAY better onboarding and support and fully-baked product. If for some reason it's missing a feature, you can bring it up and actually get a realistic (and quick) response on the roadmap to develop it. The UX blows all others away with easy branching and logic. You don't know …
Ideally, you can organize your list of potential clients based on various criteria, such as business unit, economic sector, location (by country or city), company size, etc. I have tested this with companies in my country and confirmed that the results are genuine, provided the contacts are verified. Receiving alerts when someone has landed on your website is a great indicator of interest. However, not everyone may have a reason to purchase something, they may just be curious. So while the tool is advantageous, there are going to be times when someone truly may not have a business need, and then they may become irritated that someone is trying to chat with them. Overall I do like it though.
Firstly, finding the details of the potential customers that is there name, designation email and phone number since these are the most important cases most of the times I can get this data in Apollo.io
I can pull the bulk data of the targeted organization, or I can pull the emails based on the location and job titles
Apart from the email capture, the thing which helpful is that the email sequence can find emails and send emails in Apollo.io itself and also the report and the dashboard are so clean
Friendly UI and UX Apollo.io was the first tool which I used. Since then I'm still using Apollo.io for easy understanding
It is really great at integrations. We were able to plug in Slack without breaking a sweat. And it works really well with our other tools as well.
Implementation and setup was very easy and smooth. I actually anticipated it to be a lot bumpier but I was surprised at how quickly and smoothly it went.
They have a great support team too. Anytime we have gotten in touch with them, we have had a great experience.
There is a learning curve with Apollo.io, but it's not overwhelming. There's simply a lot of functionality, so it takes a bit to learn the navigation and feature set. I wouldn't let that scare you, though, as there's an AI chat to help you find what you're looking for.
This is the main feature, so they've designed it well with companies like mine in mind. It's fast, clean, efficient, and perfectly integrates with main Zoom sales products, which is something every single one of us uses. So the synergy was already on the table before we started. Highly easy to use, minimal training required.
The team wants to solve probelms, but we are finding that they don't know how to solve the more technical issues quickly. I suspect that they don't have a mature process for escalations, and they don't have a usable knowledge base article repository. They seems to push emails around to let us know that people are working on the issues to find solutions, but this takes weeks and oftentimes still leaves us without a resolution.
If you're a call-heavy organization, ZoomInfo is way better for you, in my opinion. If you're somebody that's just looking for emails and the right person to reach out to, then Apollo.io works well. It's going to depend on your industry, so I use a mix of both. I feel like the Apollo.io extension works a lot better than ZoomInfo because ZoomInfo always gives you a lot of errors, and sometimes it doesn't work or load. For the most part, Apollo.io does, and I never have an issue with the extension as well.
ZoomInfo chat is not only a chatting platform, it also provides additional features like a meeting scheduler also it's accuracy is better than other chatbots, and response time is very less. But other tools have less accuracy and they are good at one point but not good at all. Instead, Zoominfo is quite better and the support provided by Zoominfo is very good comparatively.
Apollo.io has helped me find a good set of new target audience for the business that I am in, essentially helping me build a prospective line and grow my lead database by 25 to 30% where I lack a certain skill
The Apollo.io quality of the data that it has is significantly better through other competitors like Lusha and others
In terms of the revenue increase, there have been certain instances where I have found a new acquirer that essentially I would not have found in a general scenario and that has help me generate from the new identified lead
It was quite simple to set up. We've tried a few different chat services on our website before, but the integration process is never as simple as the documentation suggests. Installing and configuring this, including integrating it to Slack, was actually quite simple.
Fabulous chatbot arrangement that expanded our site changes.
