Chose Cirrus Insight
Cirrus is great with importing templates and leads from Salesforce when compared to yesware
We used Cirrus Insights for a period of time and then switched to Salesforce Inbox because Salesforce Inbox was included in our Salesforce license which made the change easier to do since there was no financial impact of making the switch. We didn't spend very much time …
We use Outreach to drive campaigns now. We've been successful with it for several reasons: 1- Our business operations team knows it and is able to coach us on how to use it 2- We use it across several departments (Marketing, SDE team, AE team, Customer Success - though we may be …
Yesware regularly sent me alerts that my emails had been opened by someone who I hadn't sent them to, from locations they couldn't possibly have been. I also don't recall its Salesforce activity logging working as smoothly, though I last used Yesware more than 12 months ago so …
We were just using the free email to Salesforce option, which sends your email to an inbox within Salesforce. Then you are required to address it to the correct location. It's a two step process, so that was cumbersome. Or, some of my coworkers would drag the email onto their …
Cirrus Insight is a light-weight affordable tool that offers reasonable bang for your buck. However it does not have the reliability of other more enterprise-like platforms nor does it have the advanced features that are becoming of an email support tool - such as more advanced …
The decision was made at my current role before I was hired, but I made the decision in a previous role to personally pay for Cirrus Insight, as I found it that valuable. This was after my entire sales team did a trial of Yesware, which I found to be a bit clunky and not as …
While I really liked Toutapp's social integration, it left a lot to be desired with the SFDC integration, which was a higher priority for me. It does what both Boomerang and Yesware do IMO for my purposes in one, easy to use app that doesn't dominate my screen.
Appirio was already being used by our organization. We'd also tried using various email connectors.

Chose Mixmax
Truly is easier for phone capabilities (letting customers call you back and having it go to your phone but still being a fake number), while mixmax is much better for email sending and tracking via gmail. Truly had no email capabilities when I was using it, so it was only …
All due respect to Boomerang, but it simply doesn't compare (in my experience) to Mixmax. Mixmax is significantly easier to use, the features are more relevant, and the customer service is excellent. Mixmax has increased my productivity tenfold! I recommend it to all of my …
Calendly is a good tool and has similar benefits to Mixmax. However, the email templates are easier to use in Mixmax and the calendar availability tool is something that Calendly does not do well. There is less control in Calendly and Mixmax's tool is unique and far superior.
Mixmax allows for more personalization and a better response rate. It doesn't have the same customizability as mailchimp but at least people read your emails and they don't just get sent to a promotions folder.
It is more advance than Outreach. It has one of the best integration features,
easily integrate with other soft wares that we already were using. For example, it easily integrates with Salesforce and other CRM too. Support team is
Mixmax is by far the most responsive and fair …
I have only used Mixmax. When I worked at Yelp we used in-house service for our templates however there was no sequencing effect. We had to touch each account every other day because we were simply outbound. At my current role, I am doing inbound, outbound, and I have meetings …
Tellwise is a bit more expensive $29/month/user and provides a bit more extended functionality for email and marketing automation. However, Mixmax's feature-set is still suitable for marketing automation and covers everything that is necessary for most sales for early-stage …
Mixmax combines the functions of all these software products (plus, I'm sure, many more out there) and integrates them all seamlessly into their platform. It also has more features that are fantastic to have such as tracking analytics, sequencing, scheduling, and reminders. …
It does all the features that these have, and better. Can iframe your calendar into your own website which allows for even better tracking and analytics than Calendly, gives more info on …
Mixmax is far better than HubSpot's alternative because when I used HubSpot, they did not have a "remind" feature, only basic email open tracking. The ability to select a date and time to be reminded with Mixmax and also track link clicks is superior in my experience. There may …
MixMax completely beats out Yesware and SharpSpring. While comparable in price to Yesware, you get several more features. MixMax is at a much lower price point compared to SharpSpring, and includes all the same functionality of email tracking and scheduling out multiple …
Yesware has fewer capabilities compared to sequencing tools like Apollo or Hubspot sales hub but does manage email very well. If you need a tool that that is going to integrate with calling features, Yesware isn't for you. But if you just want email sequencing, Yesware is easy, …
Yesware had a lot more accurate tracking than Sendgrid and had a great integration with Salesforce to track who was sent emails. Sendgrid had no way of tracking and became hard to manage who we had sent emails. Sendgrid did help to maintain domain health and allow for far more …
Groove has a simple and more user-friendly interface. It also allows mass emails to be sent more easily. Yesware provides this as well but some of the features were off - like the preview ones. It just needs an interface update. I believe if this feature was fixed, Yesware …
Yesware is far superior to the free or included-in CRM email trackers I have tried over the year; it is just more accurate and tracks the opens more reliably, and can filter out your opens and opens from people in your own organization so you don't get any false positive results.
Our team evaluated Salesloft, Saleshandy, RightInbox, and Boomerang. We felt that the Yesware integration with GMail was simple and unobtrusive. While none of these tools integrate directly with our CRM, Yesware's ability to upload contacts via .csv files helped ease that pain …
I preferred using Yesware to Outreach in terms of the templates themselves because with Yesware as an end user I could still customize the messaging and make the email sound like me. With Outreach templates were locked down so end users could not change any of the messaging and …
WE were looking for a sophisticated tool to solve our outbound efforts and one name keep popping up. Outreach. We tried to set up meetings with them but they discovered us over an email and told us that someone from my org tried to look for their solution however it is not best …
We use both Yesware and Moosend and they each serve their own purpose. Yesware is better suited for plain text emails, whereas Moosend is best for HTML emails. They do work together sometimes when we need our counselors to have access to an email we built in Moosend when we …
I've had deliverability issues with Mixmax and downtime issues with Apollo. No real service issues using Yesware, but it does lack in some features behind the two. Ultimately, deliverability was the most important factor for me in choosing Yesware. I like Mixmax's ability …
We ended up changing from Yesware to Groove due to some functionality and integrations we needed like SFDC and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We wanted to be able to track inmails and upload LISN leads automatically.
Yesware is much more reliable compared to others. The tracking feature is the most outstanding feature of this software which is not provided to the same extent by other software. Users can track each and every email, whether email has been opened or not, which device has been …
I evaluated both Yesware and Salesloft. I found that Salesloft offered a ton of additional features that weren't necessary for our needs and had a price point to reflect the additional functionality. Yesware fits our needs with its product offering and price.
Yesware is much more efficient than its competitors and gives much more real-time results compared to SalesLoft for example that in my experience has lagged. Yesware is much more dynamically priced as well which makes it easy to fit any business's needs. We selected Yesware for …
Yesware is extremely limited in functionality compared to something like SalesLoft, which is a much more comprehensive tool. We originally moved to Yesware from SalesForce Inbox and Engage as that did not offer the flexibility to deploy templates and was much more cumbersome …
Yesware is so much simpler to use. Because of the integrations and how easy it is to use it actually gets used by our team. I've used many systems like this in the past and nothing gets used as much as Yesware.
Yesware is less robust than Outreach. Outreach might be overkill for your needs. Outreach is a great SDR tool. Yesware is great for strategic email outreach.
Yesware is simple. There is less of a hassle upon implementing it and setting up multiple users. The pricing is also much more reasonable and pragmatic. Hubspot was overly complicated and not as specialized, trying to do too much instead of perfecting one aspect. With Yesware …
For someone who uses both Gmail and Salesforce as part of their main role, this software is an invaluable connector for them both. Some of the features are also not Salesforce specific - such as the Meeting Scheduler, which has proved invaluable to me, and I would recommend to any Gmail user who frequently set up meetings (either internally or externally).
Mixmax is very well suited for sharing calendar availability via email with a client. Multiple time blocks can be shared, and the bridge between Gmail and other colleagues allows you to hold a meeting time on calendars to prevent overbooking with colleagues. This is extremely helpful when scheduling a large call and juggling many people's schedules.
Yesware has had the best deliverability of all the email senders I've used (beating Mixmax, Apollo, GMass). Yesware is perfect for sales teams sending outbound. It's not well suited for sending marketing campaigns/newsletters. It's great for startups/SMBs/early mid-market companies on the Premium team for sales teams <10. I haven't experienced the enterprise option, but for small teams it's hard to beat.
Log email to Salesforce. You click one button and it logs for you. This is easier than adding the BCC email address that Salesforce provides as a way to log email.
Track views and engagement on these emails. It's nice to know if the email was opened and if links were clicked.
Update quick fields in Salesforce directly from their inbox using Cirrus. This prevented reps from needing to click into Salesforce, wait for it to load, then update fields like the phone number or name.
If the rep did need to open Salesforce, Cirrus provides a quick button to navigate to the Lead/Contact/Opportunity page quickly.
The scheduling integration is really easy for email recipients. It is quite literally one-click for them to schedule an event from a meeting time list interface.
The interface is extremely well-designed and intuitive across the board. This makes it really easy to learn their software and integrate it into your workflow.
Their pricing is *extremely* convenient for startups. Their "starter" plan is extremely affordable (currently $9/month/user), and includes unlimited tracking, templates, reminders, automation, etc... Basically, everything you would need to upgrade your email automation workflow.
Personalization- Yesware does a great job at allowing you to customize and edit emails in a way that allows you to send a mass amount, but still have them feel like you spent a lot of time personalizing each one. Allows you to move faster and more efficient.
Tracking and reporting- the tracking and reporting is very detailed, clear and concise. Allowing you to gain insight into how well your emails are doing in terms of open rates, clicks and reply's. This is extremely helpful for testing out different subject lines and email copy to find out what emails are the most successful and why.
It is all around easy to use- does not require much training on the tool, if at all. Easy to navigate and set up through Salesforce. Any member of your team can use it to their advantage and hit the ground running very quickly.
On occasion, Mixmax fails to sync to my email and I've had to reach out to support to remedy the issue.
Offering "link click tracking" for the lowest plan would be great for users, especially those new to the software so they can realize more of the benefits.
For the lower plan, I wish email opens were able to be tracked when sending to multiple people in the same email.
We don't use Yesware's dialer tool because it doesn't measure up to the quality or speed of their competitors
Yesware has kept on a legacy tool, 'MailMerge' which is essentially duplicative to the main tool 'Campaigns', but has one neat feature that allows us to 'CC' another recipient, which is useful we want to reach out to two people at the same account
Yesware makes sure that users don't add the same prospect to multiple email/call campaigns, but it does not offer that safety measure across users, so theoretically, two sales/marketing reps can be reaching out to the same person
It is the best google to salesforce integration on the market. support is incredibly responsive and very helpful. They are constantly adding new features, and the current feature set is well beyond anything else that is currently offered in the market
I like the product, but due to the limitations I don't love it. I'm curious to revisit other options, particularly in lieu of Yesware's recent price increases (although I'm on a legacy plan). Some of my challenges to be browser related (I'm on an older computer) -- I'll have to see how things go when I receive my new computer. If the glitches (especially with regard to tracking accuracy and send later feature) go away, I'd be much more inclined to renew
Very easy to use. Everything opens in a familiar interface right inside the google apps sidebar. It brings in salesforce records, so as long as you know google apps / gmail and salesforce you'll be all set. It's point and click.
Yesware is easy to setup and get connected in existing systems. We were able to get started sending the day we puchased our subscription because of the addon for Gmail and easy connection to our CRM. It's also very easy to use in the day to day, kicking off campaigns and seeing their status to as about as easy as it gets. I have not concerns about usability
Every time I have reached out to Mixmax I automatically get an email from a trained professional who has perfect insight into my issue with an understandable reason to why I am having and issue offers me a solution. The wait time is only around 5 minutes and they are always offering sympathy in certain situations.
Because it deserves this rating. The features and functionality provided are great. Our Sales team is very satisfied with this software as it integrates very well with our other software like Outlook, Salesforce, etc. Yesware provides great follow up with customers, which is essential for sales. Meeting scheduling is also flawless.
The plugin is installed inside your internet browser as an extension/add-on. It can be found in most add on stores and is easy to install. Usually just a few clicks. It handles authorization for you once you sign in, and then takes care of all the rest. It couldn't be easier to get working right out of the box. You're up in running in less than 5 minutes.
Yesware regularly sent me alerts that my emails had been opened by someone who I hadn't sent them to, from locations they couldn't possibly have been. I also don't recall its Salesforce activity logging working as smoothly, though I last used Yesware more than 12 months ago so my memory isn't as fresh as it could be
Truly is easier for phone capabilities (letting customers call you back and having it go to your phone but still being a fake number), while mixmax is much better for email sending and tracking via gmail. Truly had no email capabilities when I was using it, so it was only helpful for phone. However mixmax could improve its phone capabilities
WE were looking for a sophisticated tool to solve our outbound efforts and one name keep popping up. Outreach. We tried to set up meetings with them but they discovered us over an email and told us that someone from my org tried to look for their solution however it is not best suited. I replied, that I would still like to look at their tool to understand if this could solve our newly created team for outbound but they decided not to move onto a demo as not having Salesforce kinda was a deal-breaker for them. Hence, we decided to stick to Yesware as we thought it solved our problem, and outreach maybe just looks for Enterprise level customers.
Email tracking gives me the results of emails, whether or not the client is interested when they open and read the email which makes it the best platform.
The automated sending email is the big feature in Mixmax, the system automatically send the email on respective entries which actually saves the time and help in be productive at work.
I think net positive ROI from generating meetings that lead to closed deals. Ultimately very difficult to quantify the ROI since it is essentially automating a lot of the manual prospecting done by BDRs/AEs - so ROI is likely higher than just that quantifiable number around deals closed.
