Overall Satisfaction with Yesware
We needed a solution for one of our teams that had recently started outbound efforts. Our problem was yet another mail merge being too simple and other sales products being too complicated or it required Salesforce along with it. Yesware was the exact platform that helped solve, campaigns, sequencing, email tracking, attachment tracking, etc.
Pros
- Email tracking.
- Sequencing.
- Campaigns.
- Pre and Post Sales Support.
Cons
- Occasional Lags for email templates.
- Email Sequencing.
- Tracking Email attachments.
- Setting up campaigns.
- We started with this solution for one team member and it helped a lot, currently, we have 5 members of the same team using it.
- Since the emails and attachments are tracked, our Reps are able to work on campaigns accordingly and it makes them efficient. Thus saving a lot of hours of their busy work when it came to using YAMM. Now they have more time to focus on setting up meetings or actually meeting.
- Its integration with Zoom is flawless, yet again saving soo much time in setting up calls with the prospects. Our reps actually do what they are supposed to and not put in time and effort into admin work.
- Outreach
WE were looking for a sophisticated tool to solve our outbound efforts and one name keep popping up. Outreach. We tried to set up meetings with them but they discovered us over an email and told us that someone from my org tried to look for their solution however it is not best suited. I replied, that I would still like to look at their tool to understand if this could solve our newly created team for outbound but they decided not to move onto a demo as not having Salesforce kinda was a deal-breaker for them.
Hence, we decided to stick to Yesware as we thought it solved our problem, and outreach maybe just looks for Enterprise level customers.
