We decided on CodeTwo over Exclaimer as the user interface was easier for us to work with. As an MSP, we found that the ability to manage all our tenants in one view was simple and the best fit for our needs. CodeTwo also worked out at nearly half the price of Exclaimer and …
CodeTwo was cheaper per user, easier to understand, easier to use and implement, and the signature design and user assignment process was much simpler than our previous platform. We also experienced very poor overall support from our previous provider, unlike CodeTwo, which was …
The Office 365 integration and the email profile management was tighter looking in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, which is why we selected them over the competitors. I also liked the ability to use logic and variables in the signatures to allow us to be a little more creative in …
The Signature Designer Interface is more feature complete then Exclaimer. The Web Add-in works better for client side signatures then the mixed app/addon solution for Exclaimer.
Very similar pricing, but we chose CodeTwo Email Signatures 365because it offered more flexibility with multiple businesses and linked with Active Directory where all our staff information is stored. This makes maintenance much easier and avoids double entry of informatio n. …
Previously, we had a local signature script that distributed the signatures centrally. This script had to use a complex process to retrieve the HTML templates and fill the placeholders. What's more, the tool only worked for Outlook on Windows - no other operating systems, …
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 was the winner for us over other products we tested; because it was the best value with all of the features it has to offer. The management capabilities and the ease of configuration was a large factor for us as well. The Editing tools that are …
Much more cost effective. Implementation was quicker and less administrative overhead needed. Much easier to manage. Support services were more engaging and demonstrated a desire for you to have a really positive experience with the product I never got that same level of …
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has all the
functionality that we’re looking for and is the only solution verified with
Microsoft, and so accordingly complies with all our compliance/security
Before using CodeTwo (Exchange Rules Pro) we tried to accomplish the same affect using just transport rules. Obviously, this requires someone with more technical knowledge and specific permissions to Exchange, and it was a nightmare to maintain while at the same time not really …
CodeTwo has a great feature set at a much better price than it's competitors. Price was a big selling factor for us. We got what we thought was the best solution at the best offered price. This was a win win for us.

Chose CodeTwo Email Signatures 365
Unfortunately, we have often had problems with CI-Sign. Rolling out the signatures often didn't work and the administration was a problem for our e-mail administrators every time. In addition, the support was unfortunately not good. All this is better with CodeTwo Email …
We have not evaluated other solutions. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 was inherited as part of an acquisition. We loved it so much, we have plans to expand its use to the parent company.
Cost: Depending on the size of the organization and the features needed, there could be costs associated with licensing and maintenance of the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solution.Complexity: Implementing and configuring the solution may require time and resources, especially …
Ultimately, our organization selected CodeTwo Email Signatures for Microsoft 365 due to its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and our current licensing model we use at Microsoft 365, robust feature set, very user-friendly interface, and reputation for reliability and …
Big factors in our decision-making were multi-tenancy support, pricing, dynamic signature processing, workflow consistency and the ability to access the raw html if needed. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's cloud processing specifically offers great flexibility and allows us to …
I was not the one evaluating and so I can not remember the names of other solutions. What I do remember is that CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 provides the most robust set of features (and now we know that it is also very stable) for a reasonable price.
Formerly all signatures were managed with a custom script that gets a users details from a database that we had to edit manually every time something changed.
We demoed several backup solutions when we were scouting for an option, Veeam Data Cloud was by far the easiest to setup and implement, which was critical for a small team supporting over 5 different companies.
First and foremost, Veeam's reputation stood out. They have been a leader in the backup vendors for a few years. That reputation along with recommendations from colleagues sold us on Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365. The other vendors that we did demo's with were lacluster in …
The usability of Veeam Data Cloud surpasses that of the aforementioned applications, in addition to being highly accessible in terms of its licensing model.
La usabilidad de Veean Data Cloud está por arriba de las aplicaciones mencionadas, adicional a que es muy accesible en …
Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is simpler to use then each alternative I've tried. Besides Synology, it's also the most cost effective. I also appreciate Veeam includes pricing on their website so I don't have to fill out a form or call someone. I don't like having to wait …
As the setup is guided and simple, the signature solution is quickly set up and configured. From the creation of the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 environment to the connection with M365, all steps are well documented and automated as far as possible. Once set up, the signature can be used quickly via the integrated signature editor. The creation of the rules for when which signature is used is also well managed, so that the functionality can be provided quickly. Existing signatures can also be imported as HTML code.
Analyzing campaign performance is a great area where the Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is well-suited, and it’s working well. In the past, when we analyzed campaign performance, we had to use outside vendors, which was a time-consuming, laborious, and costly process.
I would absolutely love to see the introduction of being able to force a branding format (Font, size etc) across our email real estate, this was a feature moons ago but would love to see this come back especially when Microsoft can kill all this for you at the drop of a hat....erm Aptos makes me sad!
Easier to navigate training and how to videos to allow you to work out how to make changes and be creative yourself more
I would like the option to remove users from the backup and set them to an alternate storage location/ archive location. Currently, my backups are at 7 TB, and I would like to segment out data with lower data retention requirements.
Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 just works so well and is so easy to use. I researched multiple options for Office 365 backup and none seemed to be as easy to setup and use as Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 and the pricing was very comfortable to us. I can't imagine any reason why we would change away from Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
The implementation of the application was very simple. With just a few clicks, the Outlook add-in was rolled out and the first signature was assigned to a test group. From that point on, I was able to familiarize myself with the product very well with my team and get a feel for how we carry out a smooth onboarding. In the meantime, all our employees have switched to CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 and send every single email with the correct signature. Administration is very easy for us. Adding new people to the signature groups works smoothly. We recently changed our entire signature to a new format. Within a few minutes, all our colleagues had the new signature, even without restarting Outlook. The product has shortened our daily support many times over and we are happy to be able to continue using it in the future.
The interface is simple, but powerful. It's easy to setup, easy to use. It's able to restore individual files and emails with ease. Would like to see the wording on some features cleared up, as it's caused us some confusing learning the tool.
We have a lot of data, and pulling backups out of the store sometimes takes a bit of time - but this is within acceptable tolerances. I don't expect restores to be instantaneous, and I can't quantify if the speed is software or data repository.
No problems but we had a couple of questions about functionality or edge use cases and anytime I contacted CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 support I was absolutely happy with their responses. Very helpful, polite and smart people are working over at CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 support. I would suggest other companies to take note on CodeTwo Email Signatures 365's quality of support and service.
The setup support we received was extremely helpful. They allowed us to learn as they created the policies and managed the handoff between setup and guided setup very well. This resulted in active, usable policies and us having the knowledge to adapt these as our needs change in the future.
We decided on CodeTwo over Exclaimer as the user interface was easier for us to work with. As an MSP, we found that the ability to manage all our tenants in one view was simple and the best fit for our needs. CodeTwo also worked out at nearly half the price of Exclaimer and offered us better margins.
First and foremost, Veeam's reputation stood out. They have been a leader in the backup vendors for a few years. That reputation along with recommendations from colleagues sold us on Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365. The other vendors that we did demo's with were lacluster in setup and performance. Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 immediately won us over.
Marketing Effectiveness: Utilizing email signatures as marketing tools has enhanced our promotional efforts, leading to higher engagement and conversion rates. We can put banner on company news, etc and easily update this routinely.
Time Savings: Automating the management of email signatures has significantly reduced the time and effort required from our IT team, allowing them to focus on other critical tasks. It's also simplified end user workflow as they no longer need to worry about signatures
Brand Consistency: Ensuring uniform email signatures across the organization has strengthened our brand image
The only real impact is from a compliance standpoint. Our company is expected at a regulatory level to be protecting our data and even though the tenant has little traffic there could still be some regulated data in there. We have to be able to tell an auditor that it's being backed up by an enterprise grade solution, and that's what VDC was intended for.
