- Very well suited to grabbing top-level and more in-depth social performance data, across campaigns and BAU activity. - Not as well suited for moments where you need benchmarking or context of your performance compared with a previous time frame. This can be a bit clunky to go back and forth with as it requires multiple dashboards or consistent manual time-frame changes.

Sprinklr Modern Research offers us a good amount of coverage when we want to search for our chosen keywords or brand mentions across the wider social & news landscape. Certain platforms are of course harder to track than others, while others offer a huge amount of opportunity and Sprinklr does a fantastic job of visualising this. We find that image recognition is one area where there is room for improvement.

Sprinklr Service has always been well-suited for all of the work we do. As it's all social media content, and most require responses or escalations, Sprinklr Service covers all of that. The only time I think we wouldn't need it is if we were working with a much smaller client who didn't need us to have eyes on so many platforms at once.

  • Would love more robust search parameters for labels. ex. search for tickets labeled 'Availability' AND 'United States' but excluding any that are only one of those labels
  • Ability to break conversations into multiple tickets; so labels can be more accurate if the same person reaches out again after 3 months with a totally different question
  • The social account quick view doesn't always load the follower count for people reaching out to us. it makes it slower to manager messages from high level creators

  • Include more sources in listening, every time we share listening data with a wider team we also make them aware of listening limitations as our data is very often challenged
  • 'Uncategorized' age category in demographics for listening - it's always a majority which doesn't look great
  • Overall the main feedback is that there is so much data available but it's very difficult to extract any insights from listening/benchmarking. Some inspiration/advice would be much appreciated.

  • I find it difficult to dive into analytics for each social post. The reporting tool gives me an overview of the channels but I would love to look at a breakdown of each post performance.
  • You currently can't add closed caption subtitles to videos uploaded through Sprinklr so this results in having to revert to the native platform.
  • I would love to be able to set up a newsfeed that includes posts from a number of our partner accounts, so I can keep up to date with what they're posting.

The biggest reason we renewed, and kept up with Sprinklr Modern Care is because it is an active community and there is customer buy-in already. They continue to update and improve the product, but more importantly, the customers are using it. It's easy to switch products when it's not an active component in your daily structure, but switching and migrating the data or providing alternatives becomes difficult when customers have grown accustomed to a specific experience. As long as they continue to improve the available features and the community stays active, renewed use will continue.

Since the main use of the Live Advisor is on the website that doesn't have e-commerce capabilities, it has been challenging to attach an specific metric to Emplifi's solutions and their usability in our websites. The Live Advisor is helping us to deliver our unique sale proposition in digital channels, which is great, but it is difficult to assign a higher mark in usability due to the limitation just explained.

I've spent year designing products so I'm a tough judge when it comes to other solutions. It's clear that Sprinklr Modern Care was designed for the average online consumer with a very user friendly interface. They have made improvements to the admin tools to make that area of the product easier to use as well.

We have a dedicated Customer Success manager, and that is very helpful. Anytime we have questions or need support, they are always there to answer. If thety do not know the solution, they always go around the bend to find one and provide it to us. They are always very kind.

We have had some good experiences, especially during renewal periods, but support has suddenly disappeared when the renewal is completed. Also, while we have multiple teams, those deemed more important or more likely to expand their purchase are given more attention. This decision comes from Sprinklr, not internally, so they are prioritizing support for teams which are actually not the teams paying the majority of the money for the service.

I know the Sprinklr conference calls have been helpful, but sometimes submitting a ticket can be a little daunting. In the past, we've included information in screenshots that are then asked for by a member of the support staff. The turnaround time has been between 3 days, which isn't horrible.

Basic setup took me less than 30 minutes. This includes initial configuration, putting in the initial content, and getting the look-and-feel customized. The domain routing took the normal lag time any other website or blogging service. The really important thing was to get the user accounts setup and begin seeding the system with content before a public launch.

We have used Sprinklr to source UGC content as well, but found the platform to be much more time intensive when searching for the desired images. Additionally, Emplifi's UGC tool has incremental tools the other platforms do not provide, including the ability to share images on digital screens within the property and put carousels on our websites.

They are not included in all the things. It is integrated with different AI technologies. I like working with the Sprinklr team and building my own dashboards for new initiatives. The insights presented about the market are unmatched. See what people say about my brand or category like the hashtag research function for Instagram and Twitter. It would even suggest hashtags.   • Increased employee efficiency: Having a clear, one-stop "shop" where users can leave feedback, ask questions, and find bug fixes or workarounds has saved me (and other community managers at my company) loads of time that was once spent responding to numerous emails on an individual basis.
  • Better customer service: Since everyone in the company is alerted of what's being written on our forum, it's easy to spot a high-priority issue, delegate to the person in charge, resolve it, and respond as soon as possible.
