Likelihood to Recommend For all general Direct Message management, Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud is great. It keeps conversations organized and allows team members to do all their work in one platform. For public facing social management, there may be some gaps when you are not the top level poster of content, and sometimes gaining context in lengthy exchanges can be easier read on native platforms.
Read full review We have a few videos to share on our social media accounts: Linked in, facebook, instagram, twitter, youtube, another personal youtube account, and tiktok. First of the videos will be shared now, but the second one should be shared 3 hours later, and the third one 6 hours later. Also, with some text, on each share... You give this job to a personnel and thrust they will be fast enough to login those accounts and share the content almost at the same time, with no mistakes on the texts we use, and you thing you are done, right? It doesn't work that way in real life situations. However, you can share the same text and video to every platform momentarily by clicking a button by Zoho Social. you can also schedule posts to be shared later at a certain time and date. Now, you can concentrate to develop the character and details of your campaign. And, also, now, you have a personnel who can be useful at some other work

Read full review Cons We would like to add more public profiles at no cost In the approval workflow, it would be great if one person could serve 2 roles such as both Content Creator and Publisher. When our Publisher changes the posting date, it has to run through the approval workflow all over again. This is unnecessary as she is merely changing the date. Read full review I wanted to use the ability to have Zoho queue the posts, but I wanted to choose the start time of the first post for a few days in the future and I did not find an easy way to set that. I wish there were a box with a cheat sheet of the sizes that each social media platform allows for it's video and pictures in the dialogue box for posting so I can be sure to choose appropriate content. I do think it's a bit expensive, especially for my needs, but I like the ease of use. I will continue to do what I can to get this service discounted until I can no longer afford it. Read full review A bit of repetition from previous screens but ultimately I wrote down what success looked like for me if I was to choose a social media tool, and how that would positively impact my business. From assessing all the tools out there, I also had a matrix of what tool offered what functionality. Once I had both reports prepared, I had a top 3 which matched the needs I had from a tool, and, for me, Zoho Social stood out head and shoulders above the competition

If thety do not know the solution, they always go around the bend to find one and provide it to us. They are always very kind.

Read full review Alternatives Considered Not only have we used other tools, we reviewed a few tools before deciding to move forward with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud. Cost was definitely a factor, but also account management and responsiveness. The fact TikTok was available for community management was a key consideration at the time we decided to go with Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud as well. Overall, it was the comprehensiveness of the tool vs. competitors that led us to choose Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud. Its AI and unified management capabilities have been great for our needs.

Sprout Social , Agora Pulse, and Hubspot. Zoho Social stands out for its integration capabilities with other Zoho applications and affordability for small to medium-sized businesses. Each tool has its own strengths and weaknesses, and businesses should evaluate them based on their specific needs and goals. The biggest fallacy for Zoho is its restriction on scheduling tools on the free plan who have social and personal needs. I believe this can be circumvented by Zoho periodically making an advertisement to one's feed.

We also anticipate a very positive ROI internally as we will be much more equipped with data, allowing us to focus resources on content that is performing well. Having all my social accounts in one place saves me time. It is too early for any ROI from Zoho but the amount of content I am putting out has increased by at least 400%.
