FollowUp works great for lead follow-up, as well as for colleague followup, and you can't forget about client followup, it is all great when you need a record or a reminder for any email that you send or one that you just do not want to worry about right now but still need to respond to.

Groove is great in any scenario where an organization is looking to ensure its most valuable resource, its people, are committing to the mission. In sales scenarios we can assess where our team is finding success during specific times of the day/week, and by connecting it to our CRM that leaves room for reporting across the territory.

  • Analytics behind our multitouch process. Allowing us to understand which parts of our process are not working and which parts are.
  • Excellent customization abilities. The ability for us to have multiple multitouch campaigns is key and the ability for us to be able to fully customize these things
  • Groove's Support team is phenomenal. Questions are always answered quickly and effectively. They even will jump on a screen share to make sure you are getting the answer you need.

  • Analytics would be helpful to understand the successes of outbound prospecting
  • I'd love to be able to see what my BDRs are doing. Could I have access to view their emails/prospects?
  • I've had troubles with formatting issues. I wish it would just keep the formatting from GMAIL

The top ten was given due to Groove's usefulness in the sales environment. It is very useful and if it were not used it would be wasted a lot of time very unnecessary. That's why Groove is indispensable. Thus, it would be important to renew the groove and have a positive return.

The platform is super intuitive, straightforward to use, and easy to find all of the required functionalities necessary for my sales role. Usability is a key functionality in any platform for it to work and Groove definitely has been able to develop a platform that is effective, simple, and easy to use for both admins and end users / sales reps.

Whenever there has been an issue with Groove support makes sure to notify you straight away by way of messaging within the app itself. I have only had one issue and when reaching out I was talking to a Groove team member within minutes and my issue was resolved very quickly.

Groove

We liked that Groove was optimized for Salesforce and Gmail users. We did not have to maintain a separate database like you do for SalesLoft and Outreach and therefore setup was very simple. No mapping of fields back to Salesforce is required, as all of your Salesforce fields are visible in Groove. We also loved the calendar integration and that you can include Salesforce fields on the calendar invite in Google Calendar so that the reps don't have to go into Salesforce to update them.

Groove

  • GROOVE provides the insights on your targets in terms of interactions with your "touches". You are able to identify very easily those that are reading your emails and those that are not, allowing you to have laser like focus on who to truly focus on. Again, GROOVE keeps you very organized and informed.
