Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We're using Groove to connect our emails to our CRM. In which we help our Quality Analyst to check all of the details from our email to Groove and to the CRM that we are using. Groove is a great help for us to see the notification if the restaurant partner's already replied to what we send to them.

  • Schedule calendar where in they can book their appointment with us.
  • Notify when the other party already seen what we send via email.
  • No automatic sign outs.
  • Notification of the email that is already viewed.
  • Appointment booked via Groove is a plus.
  • Help us to our email scripts.

  • Was able to gain more revenue by doing appointment ahead of time.
Groove has been an awesome platform to use for sales pipeline management. I really enjoy how it integrates with my Salesforce, Gmail, and Google Calendar. It makes my job easier by helping me keep track of the progress of each sales contact that I have. Leads are able to reply and notify us using Groove.
Groove.cm is a feature-rich online software option for marketing and CRM-related purposes for any business. I may not able to compare it to other products but I know Groove gave me a chance to perform more efficiently since I don't need to check my email from time to time. As long as they notified me via Groove, that they were able to saw it and replied on it. I'm good to go.

When Groove was able to notify me that the other party already seen the email is pretty nice. It help us a lot to prepare what they will have to say. It will also help our business to grow more since they know that we are professionally waiting for them to reply.
