We were looking something that could add value to our company at a competitive price and we found that GreenRope was best for us. There is other software that has greater functionality and can be more intuitive to use than GreenRope, but the price you are paying for this …
We were using Goldmine prior to transitioning to GreenRope. The cost of Goldmine was the main reason we went looking for another CRM software and discovered that Goldmine at the time did not have some of the features of GreenRope and the price was just right.
I use some of these softwares in conjunction with GreenRope. Simply put, one software cannot do everything. So I still like to use a combination of WordPress-centric software for my ecommerce. I use Edgar to schedule my social media only because it allows me to keep a library …
GreenRope really got our attention because it's a full featured system at every price point. We are a small business with a small budget - but we wanted a system that would still let us think BIG! The setup fee was within for our budget, and the monthly fee is very reasonable. …
I looked into both of the programs mentioned above and I truly appreciate the initial costs and training of GreenRope - the program is in my personal opinion much stronger that either of the two mentioned above and less threatening to get started with.

Much easier to use. I can do it myself and don't have to use experts. Finally the cost is perfect for my start up.
At the time I selected GreenRope for our business, Hatchbuck wasn't an option but Infusionsoft and HubSpot were. Since then, I have included Hatchbuck in my analyses for customers who are selecting new CRM/Marketing Automation software. Greenrope has all the functionality that …
We chose GreenRope.com because they were the best fit. We already had a marketing email strategy with Constant Contact so choosing a CRM with those capabilities was very important when making our decision. Everything we were already doing could be in 1 place instead of needing …

InfusionSoft was the only other system that I had looked at and really considered. In my opinion, GreenRope is very comparable with InfusionSoft, but better suited for new and/or growing businesses because it's easy to use, 3-hours of training is provided to help you customize …
GreenRope is not the top end of features however it does include a variety of great features across the board like CRM and auto marketing combined. Whereas the competition only concentrates on one or the other. Of course if you are looking for a high end product then this …
Greenrope is both easy to use and gave us ALL their software functionalities without having to pay to upgrade. Pricing is based on number of emails. Greenrope appears to have all what we're looking for, from setting up internal project tasks and todo's, accounting function with …
We looked at a number of other products, including Salesforce, Microsoft, and many others. None compared from a price to value perspective, especially taking into account all the other modules that are included...not just CRM.

Chose Keap
We didn’t select Keap, the company came with it and everyone new hates it and wants it gone.
KEAP is far more simple. It’s made for the small business audience and it’s feature set caters well to that. HubSpot seems to be more intricate and have more bells and whistles than most small businesses need. Good news about KEAP, you don’t have to have what you don’t need as …
Much better ESP over Keap. Intuitive with simplicity in setting up flows, segmentation, etc. Also, we're paying much less than we did for Keap. Overall, way better product.
When choosing which CRM was right for our business, we looked at ActiveCampaign and Keap, as they are both greeat with automation campaigns. We decided that Keap was a better fit for our business, because Keap has a business phone line and native texting. Being able to accept …
Keap is fast. The learning curve is shorter and they have an academy for learning with videos quite extensive that explain a lot of different scenarios, specially when you need to customize scenarios of automations and segments. Is cheaper if you consider that this services CRM …
Systeme IO is a great software with a much lower cost, but it isn't nearly as robust and it doesn't meet HIPAA standards which are essential to our business.
Go High Level on the other hand is a powerful software that is limited by design and oversimplified. It really just cuts …
Keap is much more affordable than HubSpot, and while it perhaps does not provide quite as much detail, you can get all the detail you really need for a small to medium-sized business with Keap. It provides so many more options as a CRM than Constant Contact or MailChimp did …
Keap, compared to MailChimp, Aweber, and Sendfox, is a complete solution. The latter 3 are primarily for email and don't have the same flexibility by themselves for a campaign or email automation. Keap, compared to Typeform, is similar, but Typeform does form building better. …
HighLevel has a learning curve as well but it is way easier to get started than keap. It's definitely a Keap competitor and depending on business size, HighLevel can be a better alternative as compared to Keap on both a cost and application standpoint.
Out of all the products we use I feel like Keap is the most feature-rich and most robust with the most tools out of the gate which allowed us to customize our campaigns more than ever, this also came with added difficulty in using keap which is something most businesses need to …
Keap is an all-in-one platform for sending bulk emails, managing contacts, tasks management, creating workflows in email marketing, actions-based tasks, creating task reminders, managing tasks with team members, and better reporting with the analytics used in Keap. The landing …
Outlook is great for those we contact every day for more decisive purposes, but not for marketing and specials we have. It is a more professional look to the market to our consumers and a great way to let our contacts know when we will be attending a trade show or offering new …
Keap stacks up well against similar software I've used. They are definitely the most user-friendly platform I've encountered, but not at the loss of good functionality. All the processes we need to work on/automate are available to us in Keap, it has been a wonderful growth …
Not as productive in tracking and creating large lists of emails to have sent out at a single time or for a certain group. I like that Keap continues to give insight into who is responding and who is not, without having to flag every email which was sent out.
AWeber was too simple, and Salesforce was overkill and too expensive. To be fair, Salesforce is more oriented toward salespeople (which makes sense from the name). AWeber didn't have as robust of an API as Keap.
I prefer Keap over Mailchimp for email marketing because I found it to be way more user-friendly. I'm not sure if I was just using an older and outdated version of Mailchimp at a prior company but I didn't like the software. All of my email campaigns were just in a list or …
Keap is a cost-effective, powerful CRM and marketing automation tool for those who have the time and resources to learn all of its intricacies. For any other system, you will be paying for a better user interface, better reporting and visualizations, more intuitive everything, …
Leadpages still has the best and easiest landing page integration. The landing page interface on Keap is clunky and outdated. Infusionsoft crushes against Active campaign and Mail chimp regarding campaign building, reporting, and emailing as well as making changes down the …
Both GreenRope and Keap are extensively employed by diverse organizations for managing customer journeys and automating sales and marketing processes. GreenRope users report utilizing the platform across whole organizations, emphasizing its CRM functionalities and integrating marketing and auto-marketing for various team-specific strategies including sales, executive, and marketing teams. They highlight the system’s efficacy in streamlining operations from new client communications to email campaigns and internal project management, particularly valuable for comprehensive lead management and the aid in tracking customer interactions across various communication channels.
Conversely, Keap is praised for its robust automation capabilities which significantly save time for businesses, focusing similarly on CRM, marketing automation, and organizing contacts. Users appreciate capabilities for detailed client categorizations that support targeted marketing actions and automated follow-ups. Keap is favored for its scalability, serving both small businesses and large enterprises, handling extensive customer databases, and allowing for the automation of complex business activities including payment processing and marketing sequence designing.
Although both platforms serve well in CRM and marketing automation, the choice between GreenRope and Keap may depend on specific business needs such as preference for ease of use with Keap’s intuitive design over GreenRope’s deeper customizability and integrability. Users of both services appreciate the extensive support features and the capacity of both services to scale with a business’s growth.

Platform & Infrastructure
Comparison of Platform & Infrastructure features of Product A and Product B
The price point and full featured application of GreenRope makes it perfect for small and medium sized businesses. GreenRope is an excellent alternative to some of the higher priced, better known CRM systems (Infusionsoft, AWeber, Ontraport, etc.). If you have specific requirements for your industry or business, GreenRope support will help to ensure that you get set up properly with what you need
Keap is very good at contact management and automation creation but weaker at email campaign creation. I was particularly interested in a function where when manually entering a new contact, you are then able to email that contact using a premade HTML template. It will currently not do this. There is a workaround, but it is unnecessarily ponderous.
Easy to get going with. They were great help in importing data from infusion soft. Great people to work with in training.
Low cost. This program is affordable for us little guys. Does what you need. Cost less than half of infusion soft for more.
Powerful. It lets me do all the things that I want. They are responsive to new feature requests too. When you make a suggestion you feel like it is heard and appreciated.
The only thing I can say is that it has so many features that I do not think I have had the time to use and evaluate. I think I am probably missing out of a lot of great features.
GreenRope has many email templates but seem to be directed to specific industries like retail, restaurants, etc. Would like to see more email templates.
More articles and videos on how to use the various functions of Keap
Having representatives designated to certain regions or companies for a point of contact when help is needed
More options when building the emails. While the click and drop options can be a plus, they can also be negative because you are limited to image and text sizing and positions
They have monthly renewals, so at any time you can cancel and not feel like they are holding your money. Their customer support is easy to work with. Their ticketing system to communicate with you about service issues is fantastic(which is included in the monthly fee) allows you to track issues. We use the ticketing system and add it to our website. This gives people the ability to communicate with us 24/7.
We have invested a lot into Infusionsoft and are using it to automate our processes and marketing. Changing CRMs would have a HUGE cost for us and based on our evaluations, the grass isn't greener elsewhere. Infusiosoft fits most of our needs and is slowly getting better each year. Their support is great and we will continue to use them until something much better comes around or our company outgrows a small business CRM.
It takes time to learn this system. It is not going to happen over night, but once you master it it will be worth it. I am already seeing some great results, all I have to do is keep learning.
You do need to spend some time on-boarding and implementing the software in order to have full functionality. We were lucky - we had colleagues at the university with experience with Keap and then hired an intern familiar with the software to get us set up and ready to use it. We've had some functionality issues with it along the way and that has frustrated myself and the other uses in our department.
Many times I have to repeat the issue several times before the person understands correctly. There was also an instant where support was not available when help was needed, had to wait for a response and it was a business day.
Generally, very responsive support for even our more complicated issues. We do have some open issues that we need resolutions on and that I understand are complicated and will take longer to resolve but the open issues are significantly impacting to our business.
This training is taught often to the lowest common denominator so as to help as many customers of theirs as possible. We do the training and coaching and implementations for our clients. But clients who I know who have been to their training get trained well. The gap that can exist lies in you doing your part and really investing in using and building out the application. The training and education is only as good as your willingness to apply it.
The results of training online are often based on how people learn. The training was great but with feature updates, you just have to get in there sometimes and do it! The training definitely lays a firm enough foundation for you to be successful even if its can't be updated with every feature update.
I think there are some cheat sheets and best practises lists that could be created that would save a business a lot of time and frustration. BUT, even as it is, the frustrations and challenges disappear as things start working. I am going to be offering up a few of the tricks I have learned to the team at GreenRope to share with other users because when customers offer valuable work arounds that they find helpful to others, we accomplish a few things. The coders get an idea of things that aren't working quite as expected so they can look into fixes, other customers get benefit and we all win
If you do this by yourself it will likely take you 6-9 months to get it entirely set up, unless you have a full-time dedicated person handling it. I recommend hiring a prof service company to implement it for you. They should be able to do it all in 90 days or less.
I use some of these softwares in conjunction with GreenRope. Simply put, one software cannot do everything. So I still like to use a combination of WordPress-centric software for my ecommerce. I use Edgar to schedule my social media only because it allows me to keep a library of posts -- otherwise, GreenRope replaces HootSuite. Outlook integrates (and RingCentral will soon). My business is too big to not have separate accounting (Xero) but GreenRope would be adequate for solos. GreenRope reduced my software quite a bit. It replaced Zoho, Infusionsoft, Mail Chimp, Access, Wufoo, Basecamp and InstantCustomer. It's not a great project management software, but it serves my needs for managing the pre-engagement process and nurture processes. GreenRope is best as a CRM and it forms a central part of my overall business technology machine.
Keap is fast. The learning curve is shorter and they have an academy for learning with videos quite extensive that explain a lot of different scenarios, specially when you need to customize scenarios of automations and segments. Is cheaper if you consider that this services CRM + Mailing don´t come often in one package and the realiability to send mails is quite good.
You get a lot of features included, but you don't need to use them all at once to start seeing an effect. When you are ready to use them, they are there. It also scales without costing too much money.
GR has made our company much more organized from client details/history, sales work flow, email campaigns, website tracking and lead conversions.
We have grown our business 60% in the last 12 months. GR definitely helped us reach that growth.
Prior to GR we did everything the old fashioned way. I don't have anything to compare it to because we had no prior experience with another CRM provider. I can say that I am truly happy with our progress in GR and learning the program was pretty easy.
Automation has allowed us to be more engaged and invested in our customers by reminding us about birthdays and other important events in their lives so that we can celebrate with them.
We lacked the manpower to sell and distribute orders online before setting up the payments and automation features. We now collect $5k+ a week in lost sales through online ordering.
List cleaning functionality and engagment settings have allowed us to run a 40-50% email open rate that allows us to create an engaged community around local events and opportunities as well as sales and special offerings.
