HubSpot Sales Hub
HubSpot Sales Hub is great for many organizations. We find that companies tend to adopt it if they have not used a CRM before, or had a CRM in the past that was too complicated so it lacked adoption across the organization. [HubSpot] Sales Hub is great for teams with even just one sales person, and we've found teams of 50+ sales people can use it. The only time we have seen it not be as well suited is for enterprise organizations who require a more complex CRM with more customization options.

The nurtures have worked really well. It's one upload I do every week that doesn't take a lot of time but brings in a lot of pipelines. Because our Sales Team has so many applications, the emails about specific accounts that are more engaged can get lost in translation.

- Provides a streamlined system for creating, sending, and tracking automated email campaigns to current customers as well as cold prospects. This is a huge benefit for my sales team in that we can have a one-stop-shop for prospect engagement management.
- Playbooks in HubSpot Sales Hub has been a lifesaver by giving my sales team the step-by-step tools in order to present the best prospect discovery calls and demos. It's a simple process to follow but super effective!
- One of the areas that Hubspot does incredibly well is they provide score rating for each and every prospect within our CRM. The score rating is based upon prospect engagement to email outreach allowing my sales team to prioritize cold/hot leads and to focus on the higher engaged prospects.
- Another big benefit we've experienced is that HubSpot Sales Hub integrates with our CRM allowing a streamlined tech stack. This saves my sales team a lot of time managing both the CRM and HubSpot Sales Hub.

- The workflow features seem cool but are actually fairly clunky and hard to implement.
- I really wish there were easier ways to automate communication tied to the deal stage in our sales pipeline. E.g., if I move a deal forward to a new deal stage, I wish Hubspot could automatically send an email template to the contact associated with the deal.
- The landing pages look like crap and are somewhat hard to deploy. I use Unbounce instead.

It's totally clean, consistent, and easy to use/understand. I love everything about this tool! From Gmail to being in the platform everything looks similar, is orange and easy to find, and very clear and user friendly. It's intuitive and hey, if my sales reps are using it it must be good and simple!

I'm just a business user of TechTarget so I really haven't had the chance to gauge what the support is from a customer standpoint. Given that we recently rolled it out and everyone is utilizing it daily I would assume that their support is strong enough for us to continues to use it.

They scheduled a call to go over each individual tool with our team and provided guidance and best practices plus answered any questions are new users had. HubSpot Sales had the features we wanted at a very cost effective price. Some of the other options have a heavier admin burden, and as a small shop, we needed to minimize admin overhead as much as possible. Also, the integration into GSuite/Gmail is super easy, and has been a huge win for our team.
