Likelihood to Recommend How well is the product customizable for workflow modifications for my clinic? Does the result flow easily for the provider or are there many chunky clicks required? (i.e. one modification to a workflow between the nurse and provider requires 27 clicks.. ok this accomplished the workflow that was needed but at what cost?) Can your system produce customized reports on the fly, is the data real time or lagging? Can the system be tuned in terms of document/note templates and the Graphic User Interface forms so a particular practice/provider/speciality needs can be taken into account?
Read full review Well suited: outpatient private clinics where PTs; sports environments. Less well suited: seems like a large hospital setting might have a more difficult time with the operations. Practices with multiple disciplines in it--are PTs and SLPs and OTs all able to document as they need?
Read full review Pros Health Reminders- for different patient needs or preventive care/screenings. For example patients who have a diagnosis of Diabetes- their health reminders will show if they need an A1c, foot exam, eye exam, etc. and when it was last performed Orders Tracking- This helps nursing staff make notes on referrals or orders and they are able to look at the order tracking section for all patients and filter it by provider, order type, status, etc. to know what needs to be followed up on or what has been completed and so forth... Tasks- This is a nice feature that has many different options for use. It can be used internally to send a quick message to another user, a phone message, billing message, and any task gives you the option to make it "patient related" if necessary. It can be used by the providers when they make an order they can then send it to the nurse to complete. Lots of different ways for Tasks to be used Read full review The scheduler is easy to use and allows for a clear view of each clinical day, week, and month. The authorization/visit limit functions really help in managing each case and assist in minimizing insurance denials. The documentation is comprehensive and specific to physical therapy documentation. The ICD-10 lookup function is very helpful. Transfer of claim information to Therabill really helps with timely claim submission. Read full review Cons Sometimes, Intergy tends to crash on occasion, which is understandable. Also, when checking for insurance eligibility, sometimes Intergy will not accept a specific insurance card and I have to call up the insurance to make sure the patient is eligible for coverage. It would be nice if more types of insurances could be added. When creating recalls for patients to remind them to visit, sometimes the system does not cooperate properly. Read full review I wish the patient reminders didn't cost as much to send, and it would be great to be able to send text messages for any other reason. WebPT adds on extras that always seem to cost more - overall, it is kind of expensive. I always wish the documentation was quicker - but I'm not sure what else that would take. Read full review Likelihood to Renew The ease of use and the modern feeling of the software is what keeps us coming back. Being able to have a new employee trained on the software in less than a week is a money saver. The many other softwares that the team at WebPT offer that intergrate with WebPT is numerous and streamlined.

Read full review It is very easy train people on and make each not the way you would like it. My first time using it I only needed one time walking through it. The software is self explanatory and easy to find what you need in a note
Read full review Reliability and Availability Entire suite down numerous times in 2022 and 2023. Individual modules down as well. Modules rated as operational but not functioning numerous times, most so with scheduling, online intake, and outcomes.
Read full review Performance Pages often load slowly. Our iMacs are highly reliable and we are connected to the highest speed Comcast business internet. We also connected each iMac via Cat 9 cable during COVID-19 pandemic to speed telelhealth appointments. Zoom does integrate very well with WebPT for telehealth. Their own modules do not integrate well with each other. For example, patients receive separate emails for patient intake and clinical outcomes. If confuses and frustrates many patients. Similarly, EMR flow sheet does not integrate with HEP creating redundancy.
Read full review Support Rating Usually they are very helpful. I would prefer they do some of the actual changes I am requesting instead of having me do the work. I feel that they could walk you through it, instead of letting you figure out the desired results on your own.
Read full review Support was pretty much always helpful. My only complaint was not being able to always get someone on the phone immediately during working hours and having to wait to hear back. But once we heard back, problems were solved quickly and sufficiently. Staff was always friendly and knowledgeable
Read full review Online Training WebPT has its entire separate platform for training, containing many different guides, tutorials, and video references to help you become familiar and competent with the software suites. This includes having various demonstrations that allow you to click and navigate pages in the ways you would actually do it in WebPT. WebPT also gives you a sandbox company in the actual website to tinker with and trial things out. This makes it easy to catch and avoid errors you would have otherwise made with active patient data/schedules.

Read full review I think it would help to have another education session maybe 6 months after the initial sessions. This would help the user come up with an enhanced experience after they have used the program for a period of time. It is hard to comprehend everything at first, especially for people that need hands on learning
Read full review Alternatives Considered We moved from Intergy to athenaCollector and athenaClinicals. Athena is cloud-based, meaning we can access it from any location that has internet. My staff misses the ease of scheduling in Intergy, but the accountability of users' productivity is amazing. We had more control over document classification with Intergy, but sometimes that's a double-edged sword. When some people label a document "MRI-Lumbar spine" and others call it "Lumbar Spine MRI," there is some redundancy and sometimes important documents get missed.
Read full review Also, I have used PTWired and HEP2GO, but they were not in the database. WebPT automatically generates a patient profile, which is very helpful. WebPT also doesn't require the patient to download an app from the App Store, which is an added step for patients to perform, which will decrease compliance.
Read full review Contract Terms and Pricing Model The current terms and pricing would be fair if they provided adequate performance, reliability, support, and customer service. As they have lapsed in these areas WebPT is overpriced. I would not recommend any PT practice of any size agree to a long term contract with WebPT until they prove they will deliver on their promises.

Read full review Return on Investment Intergy has had a positive ROI. The financial tracking and tools have been easy to use and helped recover additional monies for practices. Claim Tracker allows practices to have a real time view of all unpaid claims. The E&M calculator helps providers choose the appropriate code for billing compliance.
