Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
Our company uses WebPT as our EMR, scheduling, and documentation platform. WebPT is very user friendly and is very easy to train new staff members with. Most PT's right out of school have already used WebPT in some form, as well as the front office staff members.
Pros

- The amount of times that WebPT goes down or has server issues in a week
- Frequent scheduling issues; "changes not saved"
- Drag and drop file upload in e-docs
- Documentation setup makes it easy for therapists so they can concentrate on treatment
- Great at updating ICD 10 code changes
- Great at providing dashboard updates on CPT code insurance issues
The user friendly interface in all aspects. Scheduling, documentation, note taking, management of e-docs, etc.

No, have not needed much support, and when support is needed, I can chat directly in the EMR and support is pretty much immediate.
Yes - There was an issue where when faxed POC's were sent out, and saved as a signed document, the pencil icon overlapped the checkmark showing that the fax was sent out successfully. This was hard to deal with for Medicare audits, and it did take a good amount of time to fix, but it was ultimately fixed.
Yes, when providers document notes in the wrong case, and I have to contact support to have the notes moved, it's done immediately.
