Saleshandy is an AI-assisted B2B cold email software for lead generation that helps automate and scale personalized cold emails. It includes features to improve email deliverability and book more meetings. It is presented as an ideal tool for lead generation agencies, sales reps, entrepreneurs, and anyone who wants to generate more leads through cold emailing.
Reply is more user-friendly and has more features than the other tools I’ve used. It doesn’t have every feature we need, but it works better than the others that exist in the important aspects (connects to Gmail, accurate results, customization, etc.)
Outreach has made a huge impact to our business. As with any software, the key is in the implementation and making sure that all reps are onboarded and trained effectively to maximise the platforms capability. We have a sales team of 35, which includes customer success, whilst the platform may be suited for a larger business, for a company of this size this has been ideal
Reply works best for structured outbound to a defined ICP, where reps personalize the opener, then let multi-step cadences run across email, calls, and LinkedIn with reply detection and CRM sync. It excels for time-sensitive triggers, event follow ups, closed-lost recycling, and A/B testing to standardize winning copy. It is less suited to bespoke enterprise pursuits that need deep research or legal signoff on every touch, or to untargeted high-volume blasts. In those cases, keep Reply for light structure and handle core outreach manually.
My first time contacting SalesHandy the person in live chat answered all of my questions and understood me. I was very happy. The second time the person didn't understand me at all. That's when I became aware this wasn't an American company. I asked for the same person I got the first time and we started e-mailing, but he clearly didn't read what I wrote on two occasions, so he wasn't addressing my questions. This started to waste my time and frustrate me. Then the e-mails stopped coming and I had to keep e-mailing again trying to get a response, until they finally stopped altogether. I was literally just about to sign up for a paid account when this all happened. I told them I was going to go to their competition, and they didn't care, they just ignored me.
To automatically sync our data, and keep records up to date, it offers a variety of native CRM connections, seamless integration with other tools, a robust API, and the power of Zapier.
I'm impressed by it, because it includes all of the capabilities I needed, as well as multivariate testing and, most significantly, an excellent reporting system.
It offers an extensive set of features for efficient outbound and inbound marketing automation.
With reporting and lead qualifying, the automation component is pretty powerful.
The email drip campaign execution is simple to use and allows emails to be sent in 60-90seconds intervals which is very important when sending a big number of emails.
They have a very easy to understand customization fields that allow the user to view each individual email before sending to check for any potential errors.
Good integration of templates into the campaign set-up field with just a few clicks. Don't need to copy and paste.
Syncing to other programs. You cannot interrelate Reply with other software in a simple way. Zapier is required and even then it’s not perfect.
Similar to syncing, there’s no way to export results of particular campaigns. This is awful. If I send out a campaign to a group, I’d like to export the results to enter into a CRM since I can’t sync the contacts. One of these features must be added ASAP.
Organization. While Reply itself is user-friendly, keeping campaigns and contacts and results organized is not. You cannot organize campaigns or file them away when they are done. Therefore you have to delete campaigns to stay organized and lose results, which you cannot even export.
It's a strong tool that helps our sales development team manage a large number of qualified leads. The sequence framework ensures that every lead receives enough contact attempts that we have confidence that we're not abandoning our prospecting too early without the overhead of managing those activities manually.
It's somewhat intuitive, but there's a lot you can do, so navigating everything can be tricky while you're learning how it works. My biggest complaint about usability concerns the logic behind the auto-fill variables. This isn't an exact example, but phrases like {{if not Friday, ask for a call 'this week'}}, {{if is Friday, ask for a call 'next week'}} can be very confusing. It'll only show you one version of the preview, so it's more of a guess-then-check thing where I have to send a few versions to myself before I figure out how to lay out the logic.
Reply’s overall usability is strong. The interface is intuitive, and most features are easy to navigate without much training. Creating and managing sequences is straightforward, and the automation flow saves a lot of manual effort. Occasionally, the dashboard can feel a bit cluttered, and reporting could be more flexible. But overall, it’s a user-friendly tool that allows teams to get started quickly and operate efficiently day to day
I assume (I still can't be 100% sure) that if they had cared about my business, it would have worked for what I needed it to do, which was track open e-mails and clicked links.
In our years as Outreach customers, I can count the number of outages we've experienced on one hand. Generally, outages have been very brief and have not completely frozen our access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance is always proactive communicated and the hours never interfere with standard business hours or scheduled sequences.
Outreach's performance overall is very high quality. Pages load right away. Occasionally it might take a minute to generate a report, but not any slower than in other platforms I've used. Outreach is integrated into many of our other tools and seems to be a very clean integration. Everything runs very quickly.
Due to me using the software for very long and their terrible customer service, this is why I rated them low. I did notice that when sending e-mails it does take a while for the e-mail to go through, but then the e-mail hits the inbox very quickly. Also, their site and live chat did have problems. I mentioned this to them and they eventually fixed the live chat, but then they ignored the site issues I had which is when I opened two tabs, one tab would show one thing, and the other tab an entirely different thing within my account. It was very confusing and wasted my time trying to figure out if what I had done actually saved.
There is almost zero customer support. What they do offer is a live chat feature which is active during "normal" business hours which is nice for instant inquiries if someone is available. However, you do not have a dedicated representative to address questions or concerns and their billing process is confusing and messy without any support.
I generally receive a reply in no time at all and found not only the support org. but the sales team to be extremely helpful. Additionally I found a great onboarding process with plenty of resources to consume.
We were trained in person and it was very easy to understand. And if we missed any pointers there was more training given to us. So i always like this tool. The drafts were also prepared for us to sync outreach with our devices so it was straightforward. Highly recommend
Lots of attention from the Outreach training team, with a great willingness to customize to our needs. To be clear, you get out what you put in. If you don't work with them, you'll get cookie-cutter training. But we asked for a lot of customization, and they delivered what we asked for.
I expected more assistance in connecting Outreach with Salesforce. We have a basic connection, but many fields were left without a sync. We can apparently sync data without adding the app into Salesforce, but believe we could get more functionality with a better integration. The basics of setting up our sequences and using Outreac to run them was was fine.
Outreach has better email deliverability and brand reputation compared to its competitors. The pricing and licensing model also fits in with our requirements. Importantly, our leadership and sales teams recommend using Outreach, as they are comfortable with the platform due to their previous experiences and can easily adapt and deliver. Switching costs to other platforms are also high.
Reply is a very good and widely known platform. I find it to be a lot more sophisticated and composed. I believe this tool works great for both large and small companies, which makes it stand out. There are so many other tools that work great, but they are restricted to the type and size of certain companies. With Mailchimp the email chain automation was not up to the mark and we faced a lot of problems due to it. However, Reply has solved all those issues.
When I first joined the company we were a sales team of 10. Over the last 4 years we have grown to 30 and have used Outreach the entire time. Everyone uses Outreach and it works for virtually any size business. The seat model works perfectly for any size company plus Outreach can handle hundreds of thousands of emails being sent out. We never have to worry about throttling or any type of lag time based on usage. This is key when scaling.
Reply.io has been a lot more effective than MailChimp in terms of the follow-ups for the email chains. We use them to contact the people who said they wanted to do business with us and MailChimp's emails usually went to Promotions on Gmail. With Reply.io, we overcame this problem and the open rate improved 30%.
