The nurtures have worked really well. It's one upload I do every week that doesn't take a lot of time but brings in a lot of pipelines. Because our Sales Team has so many applications, the emails about specific accounts that are more engaged can get lost in translation.

I've recommended TrustRadius to other marketing colleagues who focus on other products. Their concerns are if enterprise prospects use TrustRadius more, or if they prefer G2, Capterra/Gartner, etc. I don't know the answer to that question, but I'd assume the TrustRadius sales team would have the data to show the demographics of their users.Our struggle is this product serves millions of consumers and SMB's, while the Enterprise version serves a much smaller number of customers. To collect reviews, we send out thousands of email requests to get a relatively small number of reviews, even with incentives. It's not as easy to do so with Enterprise customers, especially since our sales team does not have direct relationships with end users of the product.

He listens well; he's taken the time to understand our business and our priorities; he's proactive and always follows up; he understands the value of the TR platform and how it can help our business; he's a strong communicator; and he's one of the most approachable, genuine and likable professionals I have ever worked with in a CS role.

  • Running email campaigns to source reviews has been great, but it would be awesome if my customer success rep gave me more suggestions of ways to source reviews. They do advise that we source reviews through our marketing newsletter and other client portals, but it'd be a huge plus if they helped us think of more creative ways to source reviews.

I'm just a business user of TechTarget so I really haven't had the chance to gauge what the support is from a customer standpoint. Given that we recently rolled it out and everyone is utilizing it daily I would assume that their support is strong enough for us to continues to use it.

  • With TrustRadius, we achieved 3x the number of customer reviews at six events across three continents.
  • With TrustRadius, we created customer assets within 2-3 days, if not in a shorter time frame than it would normally take with 2-3 review cycles over the course of many months until the customer approves it. Sometimes due to external factors, this doesn't happen, so there's a loss of time, money, and effort.
  • With TrustRadius, we obtained a new source for generating a pipeline for marketing and sales assets, analyst-related activities, and other advocacy opportunities for customers.
