That wouldn't be possible without Bloomreach.

Another scenario that Bloomreach is well suited for is price drop - we can alert users that an item they've viewed has dropped in price, and this... … We have been able to set up many automations such as abandoned basket, browse, welcome journeys, post purchase journeys, price drop and more.
