Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud
Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud has been instrumental in the solving of a number of issues for example Multilanguage mailing (we have 5 labels and 14 languages) , scalability, ease of us - (we have new recruits who work with the tool and teaching them how to use it is very easy), time to market issues and many other things.

- Deriving segments from dashboards
- Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud is easy to use and teach
- The academy and documentation is extensive

- Please don't remove the hotkeys
- Conditional content without Jinja2 experience
- Make the content available in all initiatives
- There has been a lift in conversion
- Able to cross polinate between labels
- increased search volume

The impact is an increase in revenue, in customer lifetime value, average order value has also gone up since last year. comparatively we can say that it has impacted many factors within our company.

The ease of use of Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud and the scalability far exeeds that of Selligent. Selligent did have a number of things i did like such as a multilanguage dropdown which made it easy to switch between countries and lables. However teaching a new recruit how to work in selligent takes months, whereas doing the same in Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud takes days.
