Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud

I use Bloomreach to manage the CRM of Sonora. Bloomreach helps me create intuitive scenarios that launch automated communications to the end user of the platform all with the objective of generating seamless captivation and retention of the users. Once the scenarios are designed and launched, they work non-stop. Bloomreach also allows me to create AB testing scenarios in order to see whether certain communication formats work better than others. That being said, Bloomreach offers data analytics that has helped me make these decisions.

  • Some features like the definition of certain elements in the data analytics require some understanding of coding.
  • Does not allow two users to work simultaneously on the same scenario.

Even when there are no problems, they will ask from time to time whether everything is working smoothly. Quick responses and polite team.
Allows seamless automation that triggers communications based on certain events occuring. These can be calendar events, actions taken by the user like clicking on a button or viewing a certain episode of a show etc.
