Overall Satisfaction with Bloomreach Engagement

It's being used by Marketing to coordinate the broader management of the customer lifecycle. That includes omnichannel re-targeting of inbound traffic, customer re-engagement, service recovery, abandonment, etc. We also use it to collate customer insights - NPS, perceived product benefits, and reasons for inactivity.
  • Completely flexible from a data perspective.
  • Analytical tools are excellent.
  • Allows you to create completely customized customer attributes, metrics, etc. based on formulas and different input parameters.
  • Landing page functionality would be helpful - though there are workarounds for this
  • More flexibility/customization for surveys
  • Increased revenue
  • Increased retention
  • Lower CPA
Bloomreach Engagement does everything - and very well. All the others were deficient in one or more areas...
Very easy to use in my view.
Haven't needed support yet.
Taken a couple of months - mostly due to delays on our end.

It's the best tool for any company willing to invest in customer engagement - and with the right resource pool to make the best of everything the tool has to offer. Think creatively! Budget-wise it's not a small investment for an SME company - but is a lot more accessible than some of the bigger enterprise-focused providers that, in my view, offer inferior products.
