We are using CVViZ at our organization to have AI-powered resume screening and hiring. As a global organization, we were in need of a seamless product that could help us in smoothening the recruitment experience. Our scope of use is in the Human Capital Management Division that handles all recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.

  • It needs to bring in a mobile-friendly app.
  • It should include an option to have a custom CNAME domain.
  • It should include integrations and web-hooks.

My company is ver small. Cvviz is a full fledged recruiting system. I primarily use it to hire people for temp work, on contract or freelance. Eventually I’d like to hire part time or even full time. It’s great that this tool supports all these types. I’ll have all the data I need right here to pick my full time employees, hopefully from the people I’ve already worked with by then
Pros
  • Great UX so everything is intuitive and easy
  • Integrates with many job boards so you can manage it all right here
  • AI: saves many many hours
Cons
  • The email templates seem pretty limited. Need more features like adding images or attachments
  • The Industry option in jobs don’t include all the industries in the drop down list. Needs to be updated.
  • Would be awesome if we could use our own logo alongside Cvviz’s. Not saying white labelled but at least something that would reflect our own branding.
Likelihood to Recommend
Cvviz is a complete recruiting solution. I believe an HR employee might still be needed if you can afford one as the AI doesn’t do it all for you, but it’s pretty neat. Can’t think of a hiring situation where Cvviz won’t be appropriate because it is pretty flexible. Like, from freelance to full time, and also remote work.
