In my organisation Dropbox is mainly used for large files transfer securely and can be accessed at the same time with multiple members which are granted access to the files. Also password vaults majorly used to keep the secret passwords safely on Dropbox and can be easy accessible from anywhere. External sharing is the best feature of Dropbox. Remote and cross device access feature makes Dropbox a most valuable product. Easy Backup and Data Security is the reason due to which my company is using Dropbox. Some Business problems addressed and scope of Dropbox are centralized file store and version control, provide backup, recovery and access control. Some Cases are used across multiple teams for document storage, project collaborations, and client deliverables.

• Dropbox's positive impact is its seamless syncing and fast client delivering data feature, which makes it very impressive many times. Client can easily access my data without any hurdles.
• Some negative feature is having an impact currently is integration with existing Microsoft and Google ecosystems, leading to workflow frictions sometimes.

Dropbox we use in our organization project document storing place and we integrate with Dropbox the data files and retrieve those files and parse the data and store in our PostgreSQL PGAdmin and work with our AI Agent for our financial dashboard insight generation and financial metrics storing process. Dropbox integration is customer friendly and also our client prefer Dropbox so we use Dropbox for our data storing space.

We use this as a sharing folder service between employees for collaboration. It allows us to build marketing and sales materials together and quickly share and dispense those with each other.

This allows for more efficiency. It also allows us to upload assets so that others can also build new materials and have all the resources they need to accomplish that task.

We use Dropbox as cloud-based storage for multiple users and locations for all of our shared assets, including clients, projects, contracts, and internal documents. It allows our team to securely access, share, and collaborate on files in real time, ensuring everyone is working from the most up-to-date versions regardless of where they are located.

We generally use Dropbox to share documents in common so we can have it worked on as a team. We also use it as a secure external sharing when we are outside of the organization, so the files stay secure and inaccessible to malicious people or if we have to log in from an external Network outside of the Organization.
