In my organisation Dropbox is mainly used for large files transfer securely and can be accessed at the same time with multiple members which are granted access to the files. Also password vaults majorly used to keep the secret passwords safely on Dropbox and can be easy accessible from anywhere. External sharing is the best feature of Dropbox. Remote and cross device access feature makes Dropbox a most valuable product. Easy Backup and Data Security is the reason due to which my company is using Dropbox.
