We use RecruitBot to gather more leads. We are an RPO and a lot of our success comes from being able to find the best possible candidates in a timely manner. RecruitBot greatly increases our chances of doing so with its tool. It is a huge database and the filtering options are unique to them, which greatly increases the efficiency and quality of candidates sourced. Most of the leads there have email addresses or can be contacted through different means, so the overall time spent finding quality talent is reduced.
