Sage 100cloud is a good software for small businesses.
- It has been a great ROI for the company.
- The use across several departments is great.
- Only negative impact is when a mistake is made that one department doesn't catch and causes another department an issue.
- All of our information is one place, which is good.
- Honestly, it crashes often and we're looking at replacing it.
- It's ingrained in our processes and it has been decent at pulling together disparate pieces of information, but it is also tough to wrangle.

- For what we pay for Sage it does the basics of what we need it to. We could pay more and get more, but frankly don't have the time for training on the other options we could unlock.

- Sage 100 overall had a very positive overall ROI for the business. All users were making decisions based on the same information and valuable time was no longer spent trying to analyze data from a number of sources.

- We were able to convert an acquisition to Sage 100 in 4 months, from acquisition date, mostly because Sage 100 is so easy to use. We had a full EDI system converted in that same time frame. Import and review of data was easy to do.
- Set up is very simple, not a lot of hidden switches that make other setups complicated.
- Export of data into other reporting systems is very easy, which makes analysis a breeze.
