SatisMeter is a customer feedback tool designed to assist businesses in measuring customer satisfaction and gathering feedback via NPS surveys through various channels such as email, mobile apps, and web apps. The software enables Product Managers, Customer Success, Growth Marketers, and Product Marketers to monitor product performance and assess product-market fit while also conducting custom micro-surveys that can assist in making pricing decisions. SatisMeter offers survey templates like NPS, CSAT, CES, PMF targeting by user attributes or triggering by events.

SatisMeter provides users with the ability to run recurring surveys with throttling and sampling options available. It also enables integration with other tools such as Segment, Intercom, Slack and Zapier which makes importing data into the platform both simple and efficient. Users can export data in CSV format or use APIs using Webhooks for further analysis outside of SatisMeter. With support for multiple question types possible along with conditional logic capabilities and multilingual support included in this software package. Additionally it offers unlimited projects for its subscribers without any extra costs attached alongside premium-level technical assistance including routine health checks at no extra charge.
