What is ZapInventory?
Users can integrate inventory across marketplaces, retailers, accounting software, and shipping using Amazon, Shopify, Woo-commerce, Flipkart, eBay, Etsy, Magneto, QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, Aftership, PayPal, and Stripe.
The user can create purchase orders, receive items (full or partial), create bills from PO, and also create sales orders, shipment tracking, generate invoices from SO. The User can create PO, Receivables, SO, Invoices using a Barcode Scanner.
ZapInventory can keep track of every unit with its stock management & daily/weekly reminders. Manage multiple warehouses and batches. Transfer stock from one warehouse to another. Perform stock adjustment and stock take manually and using a barcode scanner.
Using ZapInventory, users can manage money without accounting knowledge. It can create invoices and quotations to share with customers. Get paid online with payment gateway integrations and connect with a bank for online reconciliation.
It also has features like POS with bar-code support, Full or partial incoming & outgoing payment management. ZapInventory works with email providers to send marketing or transactional emails. The user can add a team and assign appropriate roles & permissions — track individual activity.
