Utilized by our sales department to obtain leads for the purpose of opportunity generation.
  • Good canned campaigns available
  • Good automation in the campaign process
  • Ability to manage contacts is very good and has good feedback automation to deactivate when requested
  • Building campaigns can be difficult at times - automation is good but can be a little temperamental
  • Setting up social media links not always straightforward. You can't be sure if you have them right, there is poor feedback on the setup process
  • Can be slow for updating campaigns, and I've been blown out and lost everything. Save frequently!
It is a great product with lots of automation. It just can be difficult sometimes to navigate building a campaign and is a little temperamental at times.
  • Has made marketing much easier and cheaper than other alternatives.
  • Easy to keep organization in front of customers with a combination of campaigns and social media posts.
  • Great ability to promote new opportunities quickly to targeted audience.
Have not explored other products as Zift access was provided as part of partner agreements with other organizations.
Would be a 10 if not for some of difficulties in building campaigns, setting up social media and occasional quirky behavior.
