We use it to get leads from the vendor and update them on current projects. With Zift we can make sure nothing gets missed and everyone has all the information they need to be able to update managers and they get the most up-to-date information. We also can use it to pass information back if it's something we can't use.

Zift is much easier to use than other products we've used. With Zift you have more options and features that are much more beneficial. It also keeps all your information organized and ready to go at any time. Other products don't do this as well. Also, customer care is much better.

If you have a partner that needs specific information on leads/projects this is a great way to make all parties happy. It's not needed if you don't need to see any notes or see how far along something is. It's great if you need to keep things organized and have access quickly.
