Allbound provides Cambum Networks a solution to communicating and engaging with more than 11,000 partners around the globe. The portal provides the one-stop shop for all partners and distributors to find sales & marketing resources, learn about Cambium solutions, access deal registration and MDF, and so much more.
  • Content Management including sales & marketing resources, calendar items, distributor and partner communications, and news for partners
  • Deal registration and MDF management--providing an easy to use system for partners and Cambum administrators to enter and review requests.
  • Increasing partner engagement--providing an easy way to update the portal frequently keeps our partners coming back to see the latest and greatest resources and benefits
  • I am happy with Allbound and their responsiveness and willingness to listen to their customers to constantly make improvements to their product.
The PRM and portal are extremely easy to administer. Allbound staff is responsive and helpful during initial setup and launch to ensure a smooth transition for partners. Our customer account manager and team meet with us regularly as we work on improving our partner portal by adding new features and resources. Training resources are abundant and the portal user interface is visually appealing and easy for partners to navigate.
Allbound has a support team that is easy to contact right through the PRM interface. Additionally, we have a dedicated account manager and development team who are super responsive and helpful. Allbound has a ticketing system for support as well, which keeps you up to date on status of your support requests.

  • Notification capability to users when new content is posted
Allbound is very helpful to share content through filters and landing pages that makes it easy for our team to find what they are looking for quickly and in a way that reduces the need to have multiple attachments and/or links to content.

The main problems it solves is having one place to go for our partner community for training and deal registration and marketing information. It also solves the purpose of not using our website for our partners. One platform for everything

We rely on Allbound to systemize Communication and Sales Enablement with our audience of global channel partners. It's a single portal for our reseller partners to access all content, knowledge and support on our products as well as deal registration and real-time product updates.

Allbound, from my understanding, is a platform that allows our partners to access educational information, track referrals submitted, and access other useful information to support a good relationship. Overall the platform does look nice and function as needed, but I wish the connection with our CRM (Salesforce) was less delayed on updating information.

We use Allbound for our partner portal. We needed a centralized location for our partners to access content that also allowed us to automate part of the process. Allbound helps us with that through contracts, deal registrations and having everything we could want for sharing content with our partners. It also allows us to enable our partners through learning tracks and campaigns in a box.

  • There isn't much connection/automation to Hubspot
  • You can't edit recommended resources it's always just the most recent
It is great for partner programs and to share resources with people. It also could be well suited for internal teams. I don't think it is the best for outward customers or not the best for certifications because you can't send emails through Allbound.

We use Allbound for our channel business and partner routing. Leads come through Allbound into our lead routing system. This essentially helped us solve the problem of channel routing when a partner submits new leads. Prior to this, it was pretty messy and this tool actually helped us streamline the process.

We needed to find a partner management platform that would meet the needs of a fast-growing startup. We use Allbound for our partners to log in and find out more information about our company and to manage our overall partner portal. Overall it has been a great tool and one that we have enjoyed using.

We utilize Allbound as a repository of prospect ready collateral, with prospect pages being tailored to each prospect. We like the library component to the service, as we can categorize relevant pieces of content adn resources, thus allowing our sales team to quickly navigate to the blogs, 2 pagers, and videos relevant.

  • Easy to learn and build content - Any user can do this, no need to be tech-savvy.
  • Great customer support, unlimited. Quick to respond and help strategize.
  • Great price point for the offering.
  • Missing a few nice-to-have features, i.e. ability to clone content, re-order content.
  • Missing ability to add viewing permissions within a page (versus by page).
  • I would like to have more editing/formatting options within the page.
Allbound is great for any company that wants to increase partner engagement.

Allbound is our main PRM hub and integrates with our CRM. It serves as the hub for everything marketing related and overlays with the sales processes, allowing our channel partners to be effective and efficient. Also allows for prospecting pages and RFP submissions, giving our partners the tools and resources to grow their business.

Allbound's platform is very customizable, allowing a company to build and structure it the way they want it. It is very user-friendly on the front and back end, allowing for novice administrators to make changes easily. Support is tremendous, and they will spend as much or as little time needed with you. Love the prospect pages, as our sales team can use them to send targeted messages.

Allbound is used by our Partner, Product Marketing, and Training teams to help our partners stay up to date on our company, use marketing materials available to them and register leads in partnership with our sales teams.
  • Lead registrations. One reason we chose Allbound was for its easy to use deal registration form.
  • Events. We promote every event that our company will be attending to all of our partners via Allbound.
  • Prospecting. Our team also creates unique prospecting pages for customers, prospects, and partners to help drive specific information that these companies should have access to across the organization.
  • Features. Some of the features that I think are necessary aren't there. But have found a work around to help drive the program.
Two areas where Allbound is very useful - Driving information to our partners and registering deals to partner with our sales teams.
Any questions, concerns, help etc., we need with Allbound, our CSM is always available and ready to help solve any issues.
