Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We use 6sense ABM / SI product for our full GTM motions. We implemented 2 years ago and use it as a foundation for our keyword Intent data, sales acceleration through the buyer journey stages, and the Audience workflows to launch our paid media programs. We also have our Marketo instance connected.

It can be very overwhelming but it is more intuitive than some of the other intent data platforms. I wish the SI / ABM platforms integrated better I.e. sales could see keyword groups so it could be more seamless. You have to be very hands on and active to make the product work for you and that can be hard for bandwidth. Sometimes it's hard to get sales to adopt or keep up with training. It's also hard to get them to trust the data. We do not use the CRM enrichment because of issues with account / contact level accuracy.

Yes, it has helped, I would say about 75%. We still have to use other intent sources like Seamless AI and LinkedIn Sales Nav for account / contact level information. We love to see the anonymous signals connecting the dots for account engagement though and progression through journey stages.
We look at their activity and combined with Folloze data, can figure out which contact is engaging with our data. The connection with SFDC makes it easy to sales and ADRs to see as well.

6sense is great for small marketing teams that need trustworthy data to pass along to the sales team. As a marketer, I love being able to connect all the dots between our data points and see progression / influence of marketing efforts in one place. I do think that it takes a while to integrate / understand the full capacity so a strategic 6sense CSM is necessary.
