Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use this to maintain an email list, send out weekly automations, send out campaigns and to monitor activity.
  • Very user friendly and easy to use.
  • It looks professional.
  • The support is great!
  • Some more customization would be nice.
  • It's hard to insert images at times.
  • The videos show up dark.
  • It has allowed me to stay in contact easily with my audience.
  • I like that I can save blocks of info for easier editing.
  • I believe it has helped me with my customer relationships.

I have already recommended it to friends who are starting to build an email list and talk to their audiences. It doesn't always link well with my Squarespace website, so that's one area where it needs improvement.

I haven't needed to purchase it. They have been great with my needs so far.
They recently sent out an email regarding some changes for google authentification. I wasn't sure if it applied to me so I responded to the email and they responded within a day. I thought it was great service.
Great so far, and very responsive. I've never had to wait long for a response.
