Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce is being used by our company to help setup health benefits every year and for viewing bi-weekly pay statements. This allows us to get insight into our pay and what is being deducted from taxes and other allocations (ie 401K). Employees also use this system to look at their W2 statements.
- ADP has a great repository of bi-weekly pay statements.
- ADP has a great repository of W2 statements.
- It is also very easy to navigate and use.
- When I click into ADP from OneLogin, it always fails to log me into ADP. I have to "try again" and have to manually login. If we could make this a bit more seamless like the other apps on OneLogin, that would be ideal!
- It saves people when trying to lookup their health benefits, pay information, and W2 statements. This allows them to spend that extra free time getting more tasks at work done and helping the company's bottom line.
Our HR team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - The HR team has saved a ton of time, I am just not sure how much. This is due to implementing an easy to use system where employees have less questions. And if employees do have questions, they can easily use the system and avoid absorbing HR's time. This in turn will allow HR to be more productive in their day to day functions.
