WFN Review
Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
WFN is currently used as our HRIS and timekeeping system. It addresses a multi-system issue for us, as well as digitizing processes.
Pros
- Hiring.
- Payroll.
- Benefit management.
Cons
- Consistency across pages, i.e. same button in same spot on all pages.
- Nudge all button for performance reviews.
- Better sync between WFN and ET&A.
- Streamlined processes.
- Less manual data entry.
- Team training.
- Netchex, UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) and Workday Human Capital Management
WFN offers a much friendlier user experience. Workday was a "pretty" system but did not offer near the functionality that WFN does. When completing a task in WFN, the steps are logical. If you did not know how to complete a task, the system is set up in a way that a few good guesses will likely land you in the right place.
