Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP-WFN is used solely for payroll processing at this time.
  • client service is very attentive
  • ADP reporting makes my job easier
  • search and archive tools are very helpful
  • really like co-browse feature
  • dedicated client service teams should be a thing
  • emails from ADP should ALWAYS include company code pertaining to email
  • error messages for stalled processing should show the exact error causing stall
  • training and support is spot on
  • adding features and improvement appreciated
  • simple tools and easy processing

I would like to see dedicated client service representatives....maybe a team of reps. who are familiar with our company needs and scenarios, as well as the person/people using ADP-WFN.
I process payroll for many company codes, and I would [like] the capability to toggle between company codes without having to log out of one to access another.
