Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Our team has been using Canto as our DAM for our final artwork files for over two years. I'm quite pleased with the ease-of-use and the ability to get away from our dreaded corporate server! I like the way files are replaced and "versioned" simply by dragging the new one on top of the old file. The portals work great for the marketing projects for our individual clients as well.

Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of our previous web DAM and the names above are not ringing any bells! We only used it temporarily due to the fact that it did not meet our needs for file storage, was not easy to use and to train others on, and it was quite expensive as well!

I'm not actually sure whether we have "premium" support or not.
Oh my gosh, the three support submissions I just listed in the last question would definitely qualify as "exceptional!" I was about to have a heart attack when I thought I'd permanently deleted several files so Canto support saved the day! (Actually, saved the night and weekend!)
