Fantastic Communication and Collaboration Tool
Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Cisco Jabber as a communciation tool throughout the company and use it for instant messaging and making calls internally and externally . We also use it for video calls, although we are now using Microsoft Teams and Zoom more for this as our external clients use these platforms as their main collaboration platforms. We use other Cisco products are pleased with the overall conenctivity and seamless operation between them and Cisco Jabber.

Cons

- More engaging user interface

- Reliable, trustworthy and convenient
- Intuitive to use for general operability
- Cisco Umbrella, Talos and powered by 360
We have complete adoption and utilisation. It is used across the organisation (2,500 employees+) , so all employees, regardless of their roles in different departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales, IT, Human Resources, Production etc.) are expected to use it. We also use Microsoft Teams and in some case Google Meet. Webex has been a trusted and dependable application and that's why we are happy to continue our association with it.
- Microsoft Teams, Slack and Zoom
Cisco Jabber is competitive against Microsoft Teams, Zoom
and Slack, all 3 of which we also use. However, I can expect t to cede
more ground in the future as more organisations embrace the other 3 applications.
I can even see it now and I expect my company to use Teams as the ‘de facto’
standard next year, closely followed by Slack. I think eventually we will
replace our dependency on Cisco Jabber, due to the economies of scale of Teams and
Zoom, and also with them becoming more prominent as the market leaders in this
field.

Webex App Feature Ratings
Cisco Webex Experience
We have used CISCO Unified Communications which has proved to be so usedful to unify our operations by brining individuals together in any place, any time on any device. It has provedn to be a reliable and trustworthy performer. its dependability has ensured we can easily monitor, manage and secure our network. We have greater control over our call network in terms of video, calls, messaging etc. This has proven to be even more effective for ur remote working staff. We've even incoprated it with our cloud operations.
It meets most of our needs effectively in terms of enabling and enhancing security, providing an always available and guaranteed network, providing integrity while harnessing all the features and functionality needed for our operation to run seamlessly and without downtime.
Webex is a superb tool that provide many handy features and class leading funstionality. Have also provided fast and responsive support. The user interface is a joy to utilsie and makes navigating the application extremely intuitive. In the rare instances we can't find an answer quickly we approach them, and in most cases they provide genuine solutions to our issues in a very short period of time.
Evaluating Webex App and Competitors
- Cloud Solutions
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
The most important factor was 'Ease of Use'. It was so intuitive to use. Very little training was required for our users, with most of them finding the self-learning options engaging and informative. Individuals found they could learn at their own pace, and this made it easy to adminsiter to use. The user-friendly interface meant it is easy to share video, simple to message and to effectively and efficiently collaborate.
I would change nothing. Implementation was easy and simple, without any major issues. We are immensely grateful to CISCO for this.
Webex App Support

No, we have not seen a reason to yet. However, if we feel there is a need to do so, we will exercise and pursue this option. It's not cost, and we don't tink that is prohibitive in any case, it's just that we've received great service thus far, and we haven't encountered issues large or grave enough to warrant a move to premum support.
I can't think of a particular point, suffice to say we receive exceptional service from them all the time. The only company I think that provides greater customer service in any spehere is 'Amazon'.

- ServiceNow
We have successfully integrated Microsoft Azure with Webex. The integration was smooth and was without any real underlying issues. We are in the middle of integrating ServiceNow into Webex and the activities are proceedign as expected and on schedule. We hope to implement a lot of more applications with Webex in Quarter 4 this year and Quarter 1 next year.
