Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to create OKR lists, and create a task list for our various team members as well as freelancers. The main problem it addresses is managing due items, planning weekly sprints, and ensuring every stakeholder is aware of their pending tasks.
  • OKR
  • Sprint Planning
  • Ensuring deliverables on time
  • In-dashboard videos/tutorials
  • Improved resource planning
  • Reduced calls for task assigning and work delegation
  • No need to use complex tools like excel sheets
Managing projects has never been easy. For the first time in 8 years, I was able to seamlessly create a to-do list, and delegate the tasks within the list efficiently. It has also helped me in keeping track of the progress, the notifications come in handy to notify me whenever an item is nearing the due date.
We moved our entire sprint planning as well as OKR assigning to ClickUp and it has been great.
ClickUp felt like the only tool that we could adopt without any knowledge of agile methodology, in-house scrum master, or a project manager.
