Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

Certainly! Here's a more polished version of your statement:ClickUp is rapidly gaining recognition as a comprehensive project management and task coordination solution. Its unique adaptability and user-friendly interface make it well-suited for both multinational initiatives and smaller, localized projects. A case in point is its application in cross-border simplification projects. In such ventures, individual markets collect ideas through a seamless "email-to-task" feature, enabling a regional board to periodically assess scalability across the entire region. This process is constantly being improved. We are still not able to leverage all ClickUp features because of Corporate restrictions and also learning by doing process.
  • Multiple FLEXIBLE views on tasks
  • AI for sub tasks
  • Task hierarchy management
  • iOS App Missing a lot of features and it needs time to be able on iPad use web version - app is forced
  • UX on small resolution screens is tricky
  • I’m missing license for “unlimited enterprise users”. It could later reflects only “active” users etc.
  • Increase capacity by 20% due to better prioritization and task management
  • Teams who didn’t manage to onboard ClickUP as BuA and ends after initial phase wasted approx 10MD due to this trial.
  • Lack of more automation and ability to fully integrate powerAutomate and Light eneteprise version for all company employees, we have to still maintain other platforms for end user Task mamagement.
ClickUp has been instrumental in visualizing both the progress and interdependencies of tasks, substantially improving the planning process as a result. Although we are still in the early stages of integrating ClickUp into cross-functional team projects, its utility has been particularly evident in multi-country team settings. The platform’s rich feature set effectively handles the complexity and scope of tasks that span multiple countries, streamlining both communication and coordination.
We are heavily using email to task feature which simply a lot of processes.
but we are struggling a lot how to provide feedback to these requesters.
deeper integration is still restricted by global policy which takes a lot of effort to change. But it’s worth to do that, as “approved” solutions are far behind ClickUp and it’s capabilities.
Combine its features and have a massive focus on flexibility. Like gant views, task hierarchy, not necessarily too complex options and process.
Jira was more for programmers as well as MS Project.
Todo and Planner are too simple and missing gant or hierarchy of tasks.
Monday was too expansive and has not enough flexibility

Best case was to manage team with large responsibilities across multiple countries. Easy to enter tasks and details, documents and screenshots. Easy editable gant chart, with easy overview on team capacity. Where it didn’t well - on a new teams which has lack of PM skills. They mainly struggle with entering too many task levels and details, which end up in chaos.
