Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
My team uses it for creating backlogs, tasks, and managing sprints. ClickUp is very flexible and it helps deal with remaining tasks from a previous sprint to the next one in a few clicks. Also, it's very common to have dependencies between tasks or a task that can split itself into many small tasks and that is what ClickUp excels.

We commonly share tasks between departments easily, also a lot of threads and investigation are stored in comments for tasks.
I think it has been done well, since it's the only management tool we use.
ClickUp is more flexible and easy to make work for your needs, but if you have a custom or more flexible approach on Agile Methodology. Otherwise, I would recommend a more strict tool like Pivotal Tracker.
