Overall Satisfaction with ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)
We use ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) to remotely control our customers' computers. It allows us to resolve issues remotely without having to go on site. This saves us massive travel costs, and allows us to respond far more quickly. We love it, and so do our customers. It is fast, reliable, flexible, and versatile.
- It connects quickly.
- It's reliable - it works when you need it.
- It's powerful, you can log off, log on, switch users, reboot, run admin level operations, and much, much more.
- It has smartly arranged controls.
- It has a few issues dealing with screen scaling. The remote screen itself looks fine, but then menus can get really large.
- ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) has easily paid for itself simply with travel costs eliminated.
- ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) increases profits because its time-to-connect is near-instantaneous. This lets us start work sooner, complete work sooner, and do more work per hour.
- Customers love how fast and easy ScreenConnect is. They like being able to see that their machines are under remote control. They like how easy it is to pass mouse control back and forth.
