Overall Satisfaction with Dropbox
I store all of my personal tax/documents/photos/maps everything in Dropbox, as well as everything relate to my business and work. It keeps my computer clutter free humming. People I know that do not use the cloud have slow ineffective computers as a result. I have an issue with some corrupt files on my laptop, but they are fine on my phone, so it is likely my laptop with the issue
Pros
- Keeps computer space and speed optimal
- allows me to save all personal information orderly and effectively
- allows me to save all business information orderly and effectively
- keeps my photos organized by category making them easy to find
- Without Dropbox I would spend all day searching for things I can find instantly
- I have used my One Drive, Google Docs, and iCloud, but they do not do the job as efficiently as
- Dropbox.
Cons
- I have a bunch of files that are corrupted??. no one has been able to fix. Some are crucially important
- It does not always save a second or third attachment to the folder in use without having to browse.
- It is better, so I pay, but I have more free storage on Google Drive.
- Saves time finding needed information
- Time = $$
- Information is right at my fingertips
- I get a great ROI with Dropbox
Dropbox has proven to be a superior system to Apple iCloud, Google Drive and OneDrive. It is far more use friendly and interfaces better with whatever system I need it to, regardless of whether it is Apple, Microsoft, or a company's internal system in every instance I have come across. The others, I cannot say provide the same.
