Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We adopted Exclaimer to replace custom-written (compliant) HTML for our M365 signatures across our entire organization. Exclaimer has made the entire experience easy, efficient, and fun to manage. Instead of manually updating dozens of personnel signature files, each with their own custom code, we can now manage any signatures with just a few clicks. And the output is spot on from any device (PC, Mac, mobile, tablet, etc.). Support and sales are both extremely prompt and courteous. They are always there to answer any questions we may have. Now that we have been using Exclaimer, I could not imagine ever having to revert back to manually managing our company signatures. Kudos to excellent service and staff.

Overall, the usability is great, from an administrative standpoint. There was literally no end-user action required (other than ensuring any desktop/webmail) staff accounts had custom signatures turned off. We have found the entire signature creation and implementation process incredibly efficient and time saving, while also making overall signature administration much easier.
The customization and flexibility afforded by Exclaimer have greatly reduced the time we used to spend on signature management. Now we are freed up to handle other tasks. Ae are able to create different signatures for departments, individuals, etc. The ease of use in doing so makes Exclaimer an incredible choice for those needing to quickly, efficiently, and affordably manage email signatures.
We chose Exclaimer for the amount of time-saving benefit, ease of use, onboarding experience, configuration options/flexibility, and pricing versus the other vendors we had worked with during a trial of their respective products. For us, there was no comparison in making the final decision to utilize Exclaimer for our company-wide signature administration.

I believe Exclaimer is well suited for companies our size (30-50 staff), as I can only speak to managing signatures for that many end-users. That said, however, I could not foresee any great difficulty in utilizing Exclaimer for larger or smaller companies. Their approach to providing a consistent email signature experience is outstanding.

We are extremely satisfied with overall performance, ease of use, support, affordability, etc. Anytime we have had any questions, the support or sales teams have been very prompt, courteous, and forthcoming in resolving any issues or getting the right information we are looking for to us. That said, I am confident that we will be renewing our subscription.
