Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use GoTo Meeting for online meetings with my clients. Meetings are typically used for projects management at my organization. We invite clients by sending a calendar invite along with the GoTo meeting ID.
GoTo Meeting helps me join meetings and let me screen-share and share my work details with our clients.

Pros and Cons

Screen-share functionality with GoTo Meeting works great
Typically the voice quality is good for GoTo Meeting
Recording of calls works great for our team as well

Quick schedule from calendar would be a good functionality to have
Internet bandwidth usage for internet over the cals can be improved

Alternatives Considered

Zoom and Webex App

Zoom uses same technology for Meetings but to me zoom seems a bit less secure. zoom has chat feature which I like better as it helps chatting with individuals on the meetings.
Webex is also same technology but seems slower for meetings.Webex seems to use a lot of internet bandwidth.

GoTo Meeting has helped us meeting clients from around the world. It helps scheduling meeting and helps with sharing the work progress. The recording for meetings work great. My team is able to listen to the meeting recording and see the details of the meeting with clients.
Mostly it works great. Sometimes it feels its taking a lot of internet bandwidth. So once we are meeting with mobile data while driving, it may make the calls slower.
