Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting is a great software for conference calls, webinars and presentations either internal or with clients. We have used it extensively with very good results. The audio and video definition is crystal clear which is a big advantage against other competitors. We have also used it as a full unified communication system using internal messaging and the holiday planning tool which have been very useful
  • Great audio and video quality
  • Very good customer service
  • You can use it on various devices seamlessly
  • Platform can be a bit buggy and calls can get dropped
  • The chat function needs to be improved, old UX and UI
  • Needs to have more features on the tool, slow roadmap
  • Better communication with clients, meaning more deals won and more Revenue
  • Cost is a bit steep, decreasing margins
  • More collaboration internally which accelerates sales funnel and translates into revenue.
GoTo Meeting has evolved from a webinar app to a full solution that tries to be a central tool for the communications of the company. We chose it over Slack due to its more professional look and fool and over Zoom as its solution is more complete in terms of features.

GoTo Meeting works well for webinars and sessions with clients. As an integral unified communications system it works, but some of the functionalities are still developing so you need to be patient. I think it is better suited for medium to large sized business and not for start ups or small enterprises.
