Bitventure is a fast-paced sales environment that has a relatively complex sales and onboarding process, and it was therefore imperative that sales and management have full visibility of the details of all deals and the status of each opportunity. HubSpot enables us to accurately track deals and seamlessly hand [them] over at various stages of the deal from marketing to sales to compliance and operations. We use HubSpot extensively to also manage marketing campaigns and customer contacts, for the onboarding of customers as well as ongoing support by account managers.

HubSpot is far more flexible and feature-rich than many other systems that I have used previously. I have found that the flow of the platform is simple and intuitive, and the integration with our email and calendaring system means our users are able to rapidly onboard and use HubSpot effectively without having to dramatically alter their day-to-day functional activities.
HubSpot is intuitive, fast to implement, feature-rich, and offers incredible value for money relative to the other systems that I have used previously. The modular nature and licensing options provide affordable flexibility that supports our business objectives and needs.

Given the global COVID pandemic, HubSpot has proven highly effective in ensuring continuity and collaboration between functional teams in our business that have been working remotely. The ability to manage multiple deals within a single customer has also been very powerful, especially when different sales executives are involved in the same account.
