Bitventure is a fast-paced sales environment that has a relatively complex sales and onboarding process, and it was therefore imperative that sales and management have full visibility of the details of all deals and the status of each opportunity. HubSpot enables us to accurately track deals and seamlessly hand [them] over at various stages of the deal from marketing to sales to compliance and operations. We use HubSpot extensively to also manage marketing campaigns and customer contacts, for the onboarding of customers as well as ongoing support by account managers.

Our marketing team generates both inbound and outbound leads for our sales team. Our outbound leads are typically campaign-driven as they target specific companies in predetermined industries with a predefined value proposition, while our inbound leads are ad hoc and based on SEO and blog activity. Marketing screens all leads obtained and schedules meetings for sales team members. HubSpot supports the marketing teams' management of these leads and the seamless handover to sales of qualified leads.
HubSpot is intuitive, fast to implement, feature-rich, and offers incredible value for money relative to the other systems that I have used previously. The modular nature and licensing options provide affordable flexibility that supports our business objectives and needs.
