Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is our end to end solution tool which we use in our Sales team. It helps our team to remain in sync with respect to the company and contact information. Very user friendly and easy to use. I would highly recommend other companies to use HubSpot as a single source tool.

Very much dependent on the tool. HubSpot has been a revolution in terms of management for an organisation. It gives an end to end solution which other CRM's lack. With each passing day, HubSpot is upgrading with new features. As compared to Salesforce, HubSpot is very easy to use and understand.
We use it on a sync basis as a sales and marketing team. Our marketing team uses the analytical part of HubSpot as well to get better insights and we as sales team have been using it in and out for our day to day work related stuff. It's keep both the teams realigned.

In an organisation, HubSpot is the best tool to use. We use HubSpot for our lead management right from the start to the end. It's been really helpful as an organisational level to have such tool in place which is an end to end shop for our work related material.
