Overall Satisfaction with KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training
We use KB4 for security awareness training throughout the entire organization. We test users monthly, along with using one of the awareness training modules as our annual training for all users. We use their monthly newsletter - Security Awareness News as a monthly newsletter to share with our users.
- Offers a "lot" of templates for training emails.
- Offers a "lot" of training aids - media, newsletters, etc.
- Excellent customer support.
- Integration with Google Workspace Enterprise.
- Maybe some better reporting features.
- We have seen a marked increase in awareness of our users when it comes to phishing, suspicious emails.
- Cofense PhishMe and Proofpoint Security Awareness Training (formerly Wombat Security)
At the time we looked at the others, we found KB4 had more features and at that time was AD integrated.

It has allowed us to use current phishing templates and with current/updated training - it keeps our user training fresh and current.
We currently have 4 admins in KB4, but there is currently only 1 Admin that does the majority of the phishing campaigns and other training.
The ability to run phishing campaign reports to provide to upper level management to show progress and when there may be opportunity for further awareness training.

Training content is excellent and saves us time when we don't need to create our own. The content that we use has been well received.
At this time we don't use the one platform concept. What we do is download the selected training and install it in our LMS. This allows us to track the completion in the way we want to.
We do believe we get good vale for the cost of the solution.
It saves us time and money by not creating our own training.
Since we have been a KnowBe4 customer for several years and are happy with the product, we really haven't looked at other offereings.
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training New Features
Yes, it has made it so much more easier to keep a current list of active employees in the KB4 offering , along with offering SSO
We target several selected groups on an ongoing basis. Using the KB4 AIDA offering we just pick several template categories and let AIDA determine which test phishing email the user receives.
At this time we do not use PhishER, but are looking into it.

The users represent all level of the organization from top to bottom, including seasonal workers.
3 - We have 3 ppl of the IT Security & Compliance team that support KB4. Two of these folks have been supporting KB4 for at least 6 years. One is learning it now & attended the 2023 KnowBe4Con and received some great training.

At the time when we looked at different solutions, KB4 was the only one offering AD integration. Also, we liked the offerings of the platform and what it offered us to meet out needs
At this time, if we would evaluate another offering it would be compared to what KB4 offers us.

I am not sure if we have the premium support or not, but we have never had any issues with any support calls, etc.
We were seeing some strange things in the way Google Workspace (Gmail) was handling KB4 regarding phishing campaigns (this was a few years ago). Reached out to support, provided them with evidence of what we were seeing and they were very responsive in looking into it & providing us with insight as to what we were seeing.
