Overall Satisfaction with Litmus
We use litmus daily to proof how our emails render across devices, ensuring visibility of Dark mode/ light mode render, font accessibility and overall legibility.
Pros
- Renders across email clients
- Renders across devices
- Provides previews across different preferences settings including dark mode
Cons
- Would be great to be able to re-generate previews as sometimes screenshots are taken too quickly and tiles haven't been given a chance to load
- I would love to have insight into the most used esp's and let that guide which devices i choose to load renders on
- time spent through out the QC process
- Being able to look back on old tests and reflect on development
- trust that our email send standard is up to scratch
no, we do not currently use the SFMC integration of Litmus.
We normally use our send platform to generate reports as it has a deeper view and insight into our segmentation and send strategy
We have used the timer render, this isn't always consistent with how it renders across all esps so we've been less eager to use it on a consistent basis
Its a great tool to be able to share how emails and final tests render with our agencies and vice versa. Its also great to be able to reference how changes in email renders have taken place

Yes - Yes, with solutions provided for how to manage in the intermediary
Both our CSM and the overall support team is always great to engage with. I can trust they're going to help us work towards the best solution for how we can utilise the tool
